Obama’s Labor Secretary Sends Labor Day Message to Notorious SEIU: “You are now…part of the solution.”

Barack Obama’s Secretary of Labor, Hilda Solis, has never shied away from her affinity for union bosses. Though she has never been a union member herself (nor has she ever worked in the private sector), her love of unions, apparently, comes from her parents’ membership in unions.

Like many Democratic political opportunists who have fought and climbed their way to the top of the political ladder like Solis has, Solis owes her political power almost exclusively to unions (literally).

Given Solis’ (and her boss’) general disdain for employers job creators the private sector, and their financial and organizational dependence on union bosses, Solis’ Labor Day message to the nation’s most notorious union, the SEIU, makes complete sense.

For 90 years, SEIU has organized workers to give them a stronger voice in the workplace, and now is not the time to let up. Some say that we cant afford unions right now, that labor unions are the problem in this country. But I think theyve got it just plain wrong. Unions like SEIU helped build Americas middle class. You are now — and always will be — part of the solution. [Emphasis added.]

Unfortunately for the rest of America, the SEIU’s (and Solis’) socialist “solution” is nationalized health care, open borders, no-vote unionization (through the delusionally-dubbed Employee Free Choice Act), and further attacks on America’s job creators.

Read Solis’ entire message to the SEIU here.

Take note, most socialists are Communist Marxist socialists and this is their left wing. In terms of European left and right, not to be confused with United States left and right, the National Socialist German Workers’ Party is said to be the Right Wing, nationalist and the Communist, Bolshevik or Marxist Russian Social Democratic Labour Party is said to be the Left Wing of Socialism, internationalist. You can listen to a Bolshevik socialist I interviewed explain this here http://files.meetup.com/1394602/NoHoPro2.wav There is growing rift in the ardent socialists and it has to do with history and the path toward socialism for the United States found in the Communist Manifesto.

Anton Drexler at a workers union meeting said, “I am a socialist like yourselves, and want manual workers to gain equality…” and with this, the Union members bought in to the populist rhetoric ignoring what direction this was going to take them. Former locksmith Anton Drexler and Karl Harrer founded the German Workers Party (DAF). Adolf Hitler joined The German Workers Party making a note of his similar ideology to gain power and with Hitler being a distinguished speaker who drew large crowds. Anton Drexler and Adolf Hitler went on to write the 25 points of the Program of the NSDAP – The National Socialist Workers’ Party from a Labour Union. They created the German Labor Front and on that day the Nazis seized the Free Trade Unions, they publicly announced a “united front of German workers” with Hitler as honorary patron. At the time, most were in economic depression and welcomed the newly found nationalism and wealth, a Populist Bandwagon was created. Then an “Aryan paragraph” was installed, and all Jews and any others were expelled as Citizens and were labeled dissident. The most notable organizations that had to follow this procedure were the unions. The vanguard program of The National Socialist Workers’ Party was “national interest before self interest” (anti individualism) and the same words spoken by Andrew Stern at a workers union meeting, former president of SEIU, close friend of distinguished speaker President Barack Obama and most frequent visitor to The White House. Andrew Stern, a socialist that wanted “workers to gain equality.” This is not the agrarian movement most socialists seek, this is historically the path toward fascism.
