Join Bobby Jindal and RedState in New Orleans

Final-RedState_Gath#2242349

Governor Bobby Jindal will be helping us kick off the RedState Gathering 2013 in New Orleans.

We hope you will join us.

As we do every year, the RedState Gathering will be the first weekend of August. This year, that means we will be in New Orleans on August 2nd and 3rd. We’ll have a welcome party the evening of August 1st for those who get in town early and you’ll want to stay until the 4th. Our agenda will run all day the 2nd and 3rd.

We’ve invited Bobby Jindal, Mike Lee, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Nikki Haley, Mike Pence, Rick Perry, Steve Scalise, Matt Salmon, Ken Cuccinelli, and so many more. We’ll have a good mixture of elected officials and potential candidates for the 2014 cycle.

Unlike other similar groups, the RedState Gathering is all about you, the grassroots. We try to get you up close to the speakers, we ask them to take your questions, and we feed you while you’re there. It is a very unique event on the right. Less frills, but more thrills and access.

This year’s event will be at the Westin New Orleans at Canal Place, which puts it right between the French Quarter and Business District in New Orleans right on the Mississippi River. The hotel rate we have for attendees at the Westin is amazing.

    Erick,
Went to first Gathering in 2009. Look forward to this. Is picking NOLA –Jindal territory — a sign? Hmmmm. We all know Pres cycles are now two years out.

Also— would like to see some information/ideas on how to turn some cities from blue to red. Mohammed Kasim Reed almost lost to a Republican Mary Norwood in 2009.
I believe Atlanta is ripe to pick off Reed with the right candidate. Clark Howard?
Ed Lindsey? I believe— and I have seen it with my own eyes— that voter fraud is rampant in Atl/Fulton and probably Dekalb. It will be tough but not impossible. Oddly enough, Norwood now runs FulCo Election office.

I’ve wanted to attend one of these in the past…. so happy to see the Gathering in my back yard. Already trying to round up friends to attend. For those visiting out of area that have’nt been here before, you’re going to love it.
