We just keep looking smaller and smaller….. now literally. At least zoom in on the poor guy so he doesn’t look like he’s four years old.

The message is okay, but the boominess of an onboard camera microphone makes it feel like this was shot at someone’s bachelor party. And the scraping of pages from his “poor man’s teleprompter” didn’t do much to impress.

All superficial observations I know, but presentation DOES count for something. I’m a little biased because it happens to be my line of work, but again, it doesn’t take a lot to make something like this appear a lot better.

If the message is worthy, then get some worthwhile expertise to help deliver it.

you might say they’re sitting in the bleachers.

I just heard Senator Ben Nelson (D-NE) say that he thought the stock market has been falling because Wall Street wants another bailout.

I’m no expert, but it seems to me that the market would regain much of what it has lost if it were announced that the ‘stimulus’ package were being rescinded and being replaced with a true tax-cut package–a much smaller one. The market has been in a tailspin because of the obvious threat of future inflation and massive debt, which always means to Democrats that “taxes must be raised.”

Senator Nelson has it exactly backward, and many of his associates in Congress think just like him.

I think that Congress thinks just because they got elected that they are informed. That and the D’s lie.
Con. Price’s speech was pretty good, but why is it that the R’s don’t have any good sound people?

My apologies, Congressman, but that didn’t even convince ME!

“Conservatives and the President agree that our health care system is in need of fundamental reform. …the top priority of health reform must be increasing access to patient-centered health care, not government-run medicine. Our focus should be making care more affordable, and accessible, so that all Americans can own and control the health care that best meets the needs of their family.”

Just how many conservatives agree with the need for that “fundamental reform”? How can there be agreement on that, given that we have the best, most ACCESSIBLE health care system in the world? Change it FUNDAMENTALLY, and THAT goes away.

As for more affordable, that will happen if the supply is increased, not by subsidizing the demand side.

So, just what IS the conservative plan? I haven’t heard one, and until it’s presented and stood up against ObamaCare, Obama will win every time, given his adoring minions in the SCUM.

Absolutely right. The production values on thei are horrible. The sound should be stronger, and there had to be a better background, and a better font to blend in, and you can’t see why they needed that picture on the wall or the one behind him…if they are of anyone or anythign meaningful I can’t tell. I mean this looks and sounds like it was recorded in a log cabin somewhere.

Sorry guys, I was not overly impressed with this speech. The core values are there but were buried a bit too deep in political-speak. Was hoping for more vision and how we will fight to take back our government. We will stay in the minority until there is more of a contrast based on common sense and our founding values. The truth is on our side so these types of responses puzzle me. Respect is always in order but so is courage.

Minority can only succeed if it makes a starking, positive difference with the Majority.

The oligarchy plan was to expedite the ballooning of our national deficit in 30 days by 1/11th, against the cumulative backdrop of ~200 years, blame it on the past and level everybody economically and socially , then to raise morale…which results in our country’s ultimate mediocrity.

$pecialist needs to strip Obama’s podium tonight and put on a cheerleader outfit and thrust pom poms in his hands.

Do as I say, not as I do.

As much as I paid in taxes this past year and particularly donated to THE Party, do I need to hear your ‘stuntman’ flipping the paper of your cue cards while you chat in your basement?

I genuinly do not intend offense Congressman.

    But Really…
