President Obama is Now Officially Involved in the Blago Scandal

On the witness stand and on recorded tape the bombshell has been released:

“The president understands that the governor would be willing to make the appointment of Valerie Jarrett as long as he gets what he’s asked for. . . . The governor gets the Cabinet appointment he’s asked for,” Harris said, explaining a recorded call.

Now the questions is, is there even more evidence that will surface in this scandal? This is going to get ugly fast if the dirtiness of Chicago politics rings true, and it will be dramatic since the president is now involved.

The next piece of dirt to surface in the trial is that Rham delivered the list of names to Blago:

In the call, Blagojevich’s chief of staff, John Harris, tells his boss that Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s soon-to-be top aide, had called him to give him a list of four people that Obama would find acceptable as his successor in the Senate.

Now it is going to very interesting. Will the media cover for the president like it did during the  campaign? Tune in and we will find out soon enough.

    forward. The WH, and all it’s occupants, have to be shaking in their boots from worry. Blago, and those damnable tapes, are like a rocket that has yet to explode. It will for sure, but, the complicit MSM will insure that it never gets wide attention.

      I have not posted in a long time, but I have been here over 4 years. My new job has been very demanding.

      However, this one was too good to be let go by. I had to post it. I felt it was only a matter of time.

        Rahm & presumably Obama had knowledge of, the “deal”. It is murky if it was only a passive knowledge, or they were cooks for the broth. The fight right now, is if the defense gets to try to bring evidence thereof, by deposing some very important people,”in.”

      No justice, no only peace pieces…….. of Blago scattered all over The Loop.

      Being VERY serious though, his family best get have some heavily armed protec……….. Oh wait……. I’m soooooooooooo silly……. this is Chicago………….. No guns allowed for civilians to defend themselves in any manner.

      Dear Lord, please keep Mr. Blagojevich and his entire family completely safe from the mortal danger headed their way “from parts unknown”……. Let’s add to that “in perpetuity”……. Amen.

        Ah, the crazy, mixed-up world we live in. It used to be that right was right and wrong was wrong, and ne’er the twain shall meet. But in a situation like this one, you can’t help rooting for one scumbag over the other.

        Sure would be nice to see something finally stick to The One…something he wouldn’t be able to just wipe off.

        Prayers are definitely in order for the Blagojevich family. Long term.

        I know it would be a miracle, but do you think that family might finally get a little religion as a result of this mess? Being forced to depend on God to keep you alive and breathing seems like a possible avenue to salvation…
