Sal Russo, chief strategist for Tea Party Express, says TPE won&amp;#8217;t go after Orrin Hatch in 2012 because 35 years ago Orrin Hatch supported Reagan over Ford.No, I&amp;#8217;m not making that up.There are lots of reasons one may decide not to oppose Orrin Hatch.
