Conservative Resurgence Affecting Democrats in 2010
By: Aaron Gardner (Diary) | June 14th at 01:42 PM |
So, let me set the stage: Jennifer Bendery and John McArdle write an article on Roll Call [subscription required] on the the political dynamics of President Clinton being a campaign proxy for President Obama throughout the 2010 cycle. The article does well in explaining were the public and Obama disagree on policy and how Clinton manages to somewhat close that gap. For example… Clinton is | Read More »
We Lost.
By: Aaron Gardner (Diary) | June 10th at 02:30 PM |
Conservative in the primary, Republican in the general. If you can’t get on board with this concept I suggest you stop reading this post right now. On Tuesday in California myself and others were highly disappointed with Chuck DeVore losing to Carly Fiorina in the Republican Primary. The bitterness of this defeat is not lost on me, I had a good deal of skin in | Read More »
Breaking: S.C. Pics Finally Come Out
By: Aaron Gardner (Diary) | June 3rd at 12:00 PM |
Earlier today, while Aaron was combing through his morning emails, one particular email stood out. Folks, Aaron can’t divulge his sources for the picture he was emailed, but he guarantees its authenticity. In the picture you can clearly see Willy Folks, Larry Marchant, Nikki Haley (in the top hat), and Andre Bauer. Clearly there was an inappropriate relationship. Aaron B. Gardner

Three Points in Chuck DeVore’s Favor
By: Aaron Gardner (Diary) | May 14th at 05:00 PM |
After reading this morning’s post from Erick on the CA Sen Rasmussen poll, I checked out the crosstabs and read a few other interesting articles – one of which is a Poll of Tea Partiers. What I read seems to support the theory that the late movement and momentum is in Chuck DeVore’s favor. First point – The Rasmussen crosstabs. Lets take a peek… Chuck | Read More »

By: Aaron Gardner (Diary) | May 14th at 07:30 AM |
Just released this morning, although I saw it last night on Len’s Facebook, is this new campaign spot for Len Britton. Len, as you should know from Moe’s post, is challenging Patrick Leahy as the presumptive GOP Candidate for US Senate here in Vermont. Len Britton is a good guy and I will be supporting him this fall in his run to defeat Patrick Leahy | Read More »
Kagan “Not Sympathetic” Towards Rights of the People
By: Aaron Gardner (Diary) | May 13th at 03:32 PM |
Today over at the Heritage Foundation Blog, The Foundry, Brian Darling begins exploring SCOTUS Nominee Elena Kagan’s rather poor record on 2nd Amendment rights. The issues arise from statements made by Kagan while she was a law clerk for Thurgood Marshall … Kagan, whom President Barack Obama nominated to the high court this week, made the comment to Justice Thurgood Marshall, urging him in a | Read More »
Does Chuck DeVore Have The Momentum?
By: Aaron Gardner (Diary) | May 12th at 10:15 AM |
After the SUSA poll came out, Erick and I both wrote in support of Chuck DeVore. I can’t really speak for Erick, but I am sticking with Chuck because I believe he is the right candidate on the issues and the late movement in this race is all going to Chuck DeVore. As the day progressed and the standard arguments fleshed out, I realized that | Read More »
SUSA CA Senate Poll *Update for clarification*
By: Aaron Gardner (Diary) | May 11th at 01:53 PM |
Although the big news has been that Poizner is now within striking distance of Meg Whitman in the CA Gov Republican Primary, I am going to focus on the CA Senate race poll results via SUSA. As I pointed out here (also at my blog), and is now confirmed by SUSA, Chuck DeVore has jumped 5 points in the polls. This positive movement for Chuck | Read More »
