RRRAAAACCCCIIIIISSSSSSTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That’s what the MSM had to say in comments about Rush Limbaugh’s recent bid to purchase the St. Louis Rams. According to some guy I overheard at the mall, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs suggested that Limbaugh owning the Rams “is exactly the same as slavery, but fatter.” And then there’s what Helen Thomas probably said, “Rush to what window? With a ram? Where’s my sweater?”
So in honor of the controversy, I’ve compiled a top ten list of some completely ridiculous but totally true and not fake quotes of famous people who are not (or so they claim) Rush Limbaugh. These are, like, so teh true. For really real. Really. No … really.
THE TOTALLY REAL AND NOT FAKE QUOTES SHENANIGANZA TOP TEN
10. Democrat Fritz Hollings of South Carolina thinks being from Africa makes you a cannibal: “You’d find these potentates from down in Africa, you know, rather than eating each other, they’d just come up and get a good square meal in Geneva.”
9. Howard Dean reaches out: “I still want to be the candidate for guys with Confederate flags in their pickup trucks.”
8. California Democrat Diane Watson thinks interracial marriage is icky: “He’s married to a white woman. He wants to be white. He wants a colorless society. He has no ethnic pride. He doesn’t want to be black.”
7. Howard Dean thinks service positions are for minorities, not big fancy white people: “You think the Republican National Committee could get this many people of color in a single room? … Only if they had the hotel staff in here.”
6. Joe Biden explains why southern Democrats should vote for him: “My state was a slave state.”
5. “Conscience of the Senate” and former Klansman Robert Byrd on equal opportunity: “I’ve seen a lot of white n*ggers in my time.
4. Hillary Clinton does an impression (complete with accent) of an African-American man who didn’t know what Emily’s List was: “She’s supportin’ all these people. She’s supportin’ Sen. Dianne Feinstein . She’s supported Sen. Barbara Boxer . . . She supported everybody. Why won’t she support me?”
3. Democratic Mayor of New Orleans Ray Nagin denies that white people might live in New Orleans: “I don’t care what people are saying Uptown or wherever they are. This city will be chocolate at the end of the day.”"
2. Democrat Steny Hoyer reviews Michael Steele’s career: “[He has] a career of slavishly supporting the Republican Party.”
1. Then Senator Joe Biden fills us in on who works at convenience stores: “You cannot go to a 7-11 or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent … I’m not joking.”
Don’t look at me that way. I told you they were really real. Did you think I was joking? Well I wasn’t.
Every single one of those quotes is a real, legitimate, well-sourced quote. Totally real; not fake.
Now ask yourself why the unsourced fake Limbaugh quotes get so much more play than these actual statements. Not so funny anymore, huh?

May I submit these two for honorable mention

Liberals are the real racists...
Fred Maidment Wednesday, October 14th at 6:33PM EDT (link)…as they believe minorities cannot get ahead without help. No, minorities require the helping-hand of the “benevolent white folk.”
Which is more racist: Expecting people to achieve on their own merits, or believing that a particular ethnic group is incapable of achievement without assistance?

* Okay, technically I don’t actually live in flyover country, but the culture associated with it is the culture to which I aspire even when I don’t always achieve it.
We’ve been called racists enough now that it shouldn’t bother us any more.

It's the liberals who wanted affirmative action
TNJim Thursday, October 15th at 12:33AM EDT (link)which to me is the most racist policy any party could have thought up. It’s almost like a politically correct way of saying “We know you’re inferior because you are a minority, so we’re going to help you get ahead whether you’re actually qualified or not.”

E Pluribus Unum Wednesday, October 14th at 6:46PM EDT (link)Democrats have been the party of racism and race-baiting for decades. With a compliant media, they have not had to watch every word that comes out of their mouths like Republicans have.
Other goodies that immediately come to mind (paraphrases):
– Biden - the first clean, articulate black guy to run for president
– Hillary - did ya hear the one about the gas clerk in St Louis?
– Robert Byrd (fairly recently) - I’ve known some white n*****s

In 1965 Democrats figured that taking ownership of that agenda was key, over the long term, toward re-enslaving them, politically?

This was a Christmas present for ObamaMedia-
katesmith Thursday, October 15th at 4:29AM EDT (link)I apologize for using the word Christmas is it is divisive and shows hatred for employees of the public school system. Also it may be insensitive to Obama’s Aunt Zeituni who still lives in the Boston projects courtesy of Massachusetts taxpayers. Aunt Zeituni may not celebrate Christmas, but even if she did the taxpayers are broke and can’t afford presents anyway. The situation was tailor made for Obama and the media.

Someone needs to go put those quotes OUT THERE….on Wikipedia, Wikiquotes, Twitter, Facebook and blog posts. If you don’t have the exact wording, who cares? Libs have shown us that being exact in your quoting doesn’t matter.
If we don’t fight for our strongest voices, we will continue to see this. They get more confident with every win.

George Soros involved with Rush NFL bid
katesmith Thursday, October 15th at 8:03PM EDT (link)I heard Rush mention this today so I checked it out. It’s reported by Bloomberg Soshnick earlier this week. Number 2, Soros has himself been involved in 2 unsuccessful bids to buy MLB teams. One with his buddy Checketts for the Dodgers in 2003 (LA Times). Another for the Washington Nationals in 2005 (Wash, Post, June 2005). In his bid for the Nats, Republicans said he was too ‘politically polarizing’ and threatened to revoke MLB’s anti trust protection. Soros spokesman objected saying he was the victim of partisan rhetoric. I find it hard to believe that Rush would have allowed his name to be floated in a deal in which Soros was involved. Not just for political reasons but the guy has a poor business resume.
Hypocrits
blondi2 Tuesday, November 3rd at 1:17PM EST (link)I can’t believe that there is no black people out there that would let the Democrats get away with using the black people.Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton use them more than any white person out there! I know that there are good, educated black people that know what true history is. Why want they educate their own ,so they won’t be used by either party! All you have to do is look at the history books before 65 and you can see exactly who the slave owners were! It sure wasn’t the Republicans!!!! Why doesn’t any black person tell their people the truth! I can’t understand this at all!The Democrats used them back then and they are still using them today! It is really the most disgusting thing I have seen! Not counting the remarks they make! The blacl people should go to the library and look up history, and find out for themselves! I would really like to see this happen! I wonder how they would get out of that one! They had them as slaves back then and they have them slaves now!And for all the so called good they are trying to do for the poor? Go to any neighborhood Where these so called orginizations are and you see the worst poverty there is! They are keeping them uneducated on purpose, and poor on purpose! If they really got them out of poverty they wouldn’t be able to use them like they do now! It really is a shame!
