It now seems that the liberal media is attempting to blame Congressional Republicans’ “obstruction” for the recent disappointing jobs figures. Republicans must further detail their own plans in a co-ordinated and integrated manner, unlike the current piecemeal fashion, and make the case for their plans, and against the Democrats’.

It’s about the economy, and we’re not stupid.

Congressional Republicans should propose a bill to immediately cut the employers’ portion of the payroll tax (the jobs tax) (which Obama proposed), as well as reintroduce the 20% tax deduction, paid for by slowing the growth in benefits for wealthier retirees, extending the federal workers’ wage freeze, repealing the CLASS Act, and raising the retirement age.

Heck, I wouldn’t spend 10 cents I didn’t have to. The private sector has lost any confidence it ever had in Obama. They’re not about to risk their businesses over someone who badmouths them and threatens to raise their taxes every chance he gets.

But I do think that there is a crisis of confidence which will only be worsened by any belt-loosening and monetary activism, which may have caused businesses not to hire.

the only purpose she seems to serve is to provoke for the sake of provoking. And she knows no bounds for who she attacks. She goes after most, if not all, the regulars when she drops by to dump on us. Surprised the mods haven’t dealt with her, yet.
