Polls Are Closed in South Carolina Primary

COLUMBIA, SC – The polls are closed and the exits are too close to call. Evangelical turnout is high. The cable networks say it is already clear there is a top tier of Rubio, Cruz, and Trump. The rest not competing for the top spots.

As we saw earlier, there was big steady turnout overall all day today.
