MEMBER DIARY

Definition of Social Justice

And before the protestor finds this post and says “Hey! I never said FORCED!!” I’d like to know…is there some other way he intends on separating me from my hard earned cash?  There’s a plethora of fantastic charities in this world that I love to give to.  If the Social Justice movement’s plan is to provide charity via the government and expect me to dole out the cash, then I assure you force is their only option.

I do not know which one it is but the meme I have been hearing is that you can’t just embrace the 1963 MLK I have a dream speech unless you also embrace the 1968 speeches MLK made against the Vietnam War and labor management dispute speeches. They do not insist on this rule for themselves with respect to Obama speeches about the Afghan war. It just applies to conservatives.

They also try to make a big deal about a majority of folks being white at the Restore Honor rally, and ignore the fact that the majority of folks attending an anti-war rally, global warming rally, or gay pride rally are also white.

The best way to stop discrimination based on race is to stop discriminating based on race.

The smallest minority on earth is the individual. Those who deny individual rights cannot claim to be defenders of minorities. – Ayn Rand
