Yesterday, MSNBC host Chris Hayes interviewed Assemblywoman Michele Fiore, and the result was a fantastic bit of back and forth about the Bundy ranch situation.
As Caleb notes at The Right Scoop, Fiore doesn't cede ground to Hayes, nor does she let him lead her onto his own talking points. Instead she stays on target and comes across strong and uncompromising.
At Hot Air, Jazz Shaw highlights a really fantastic point that Fiore made that has gone unreported.
How much, if anything does Bundy actually owe? Liberals have been throwing around the figure of A MILLION DOLLARS for some time now, but then backed off to possibly only being a couple hundred thousand.
Fiore also calls the involvement of Harry Reid "suspicious", a point that many bloggers have been raising over the last week.
No matter how you feel about the situation at the Bundy ranch, one thing remains clear. There definitely are still open questions about the details, and people are unquestionably and reasonably upset at the feds coming in armed to teeth to settle a land dispute. There is much more sure to come out of this story before it is over.
