it is actually fairly easy: make a gratuitous anti-semtic or homophobic post, then repeat it after you get a warning from one of the moderators. Or you could try either the Paultard or Third party routes. If you search some of the recent postings I’m sure you’ll be able to find plenty of examples to guide you in your postings. There seems to have once again been an earthquake and troll sightings have risen.

Obviously that’s not going to work to get your account closed as you’ve covered that angle thoroughly. And then some. And then some more.

Maybe they’re keeping you around for entertainment purposes. Hopefully someone will come along that gives us more bang for the buck and you can retire into the shadows from whence you came.

It’s especially important, with unemployment at somewhere between 10.2% and 20.2%, the leftists in charge of our government with their foot to the floor driving its expansion, terrorism at home and abroad, our troops in the field, and Western Civilization disintegrating around us, that we pay attention to such things.

We must not become distracted by the news, with its power to divert us to the merely urgent from the truly important. This diary reminds us that there are bigger issues than defending our way of life and the futures of our children and theirs.

What really needs to happen is that this diary should be front paged and linked throughout the blogosphere. Perhaps you can organize a leafleting campaign in your neighborhood, or go door to door raising awareness of this diarist’s plight. Remember, it’s not just his problem, but awaits all of us if we should ever want to stop posting on a blog as vital and important as Redstate.com.

As for me, I click through recommended diaries only to come across this waste of time because the admins are … what, toying with him? Why? Why must we all suffer for ajl_mo’s desire to depart and be scrubbed?

More Than 3 Million Registered Voters Are Dead

There’s an easy explanation for low voter turnout in some areas of the country — more than 3.3 million voters on registration rolls are, in fact, dead.

And another 12.9 million voters remain on registration rolls in an area where they no longer live, according to an analysis by Aristotle International Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based company that provides voting data to political consultants and others.

That means that about 9 percent of all registered voters are “deadwood” voters — the term for voters no longer able to vote in a precinct.

“With deadwood exceeding one in seven in some counties, candidates might as well spend a day a week campaigning in the cemetery,” John Aristotle Phillips, CEO of the company, told CNS News.

The state with the highest percentage of deadwood voters is Massachusetts, where 116,483 registered voters are dead — 3.38 percent of the state’s total — and 538,567 no longer live in the area where they are registered to vote.

Other states with a large percentage of deadwood voters include New Hampshire, West Virginia, and Wyoming, according to the Aristotle International analysis.

North Carolina is the state with the lowest percentage of voters considered deadwood. Although 3.5 percent of registered voters there are dead, just 30,888, or 0.5 percent, no longer live where they are registered to vote.

“Deadwood on voter rolls complicates the electoral process and can cause problems like fraud,” said Phillips, and it “always creates a perception of low voter turnout.”

I find it interesting that it is apparently possible to determine exactly how many registered voters are “deadwood” (9% or mighty close to 1 in 10 nationwide), but they can’t easily just close out their accounts either. Hmmm… I DO hopefully assume that being dead will at least be considered a valid reason for avoiding jury duty?

I assume there are some built in protections that makes it very hard to take names off the voter rolls to prevent accidents or etc., but its certainly very odd how it all works out. Actually knowing how many are dead or no longer living in their registered areas and yet unable to remove their names….

Explaining exactly why this is might even make a good diary….

In fact, the only person I think I’ve ever seen make a post more awesome than yours was the now late 4palin.

*shaking head* This is the perfect example of why I’m disillusioned with RS, actually. You have a SIMPLE request that requires virtually no effort to achieve, and not only is it not done, there’s no explanation for the refusal; furthermore, in response to such a pedestrian request, people start piling on and calling the guy names (stay classy!); to add to the cruelty, people then mock him and tell him to break the rules to get what he wants.

Wow, guys. I’m seriously underwhelmed. Tell me, do you steal candy from babies and pick the wings off flies, too? Seriously. Is this how you treat “the least of these”? You do realize that this is precisely the kind of thing that DKos and HuffPo pick up to use as an example of “mean-spirited conservatives”, right?

And I see a little tag line just below my post that says, “Be respectful, or be banned.” I don’t see much of that respect here — just institutional cruelty.
