Axelrod, although attached at the hip with Senator Obama approaches Sarah Palin as one who is a tough adversary. He knows she won her Governship of Alaska against mighty opponents - his strategy is to treat Sarah with the respect she deserves.

Two of Senator Obama’s strongest allies have their work cut out for them and they know it. Sarah isn’t going to go away and she will be anxiously awaiting her debate with Joe Biden. In fact they’ve taken Senator Biden far far away to be prepped – wonder if that includes tape?

Isn’t it funny that with all the bashing, ugly humor and cut throat tactics used against Sarah Obama that the Democratic Camp are shaking in their shoes about the VP debate this week. Mr. Axelrod and Mr.Wade realize that “playing politics” isn’t going to cut it in the last hour with Sarah.

Senator McCain would be wise if he quit trying to teach Sarah the art of politics – she isn’t a politician, doesn’t want that job and is happy not being an insider in Washington. America needs real people like Sarah to step in and clean up the special interest groups, lobbyists and the “bad guys.”

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize that Senator Obama’s leadership ability is minus 10. He can’t even take time out to help his Democratic Party or fellow Americans during this economic slump. His buddies are praising him for his support and gibberish about bipartisanship, but 93 fellow Democrats stood up today and said, “No” to Pelosi and Obama. Way to go Democrats!

What’s Senator Obama doing as we speak, he’s twisting and turning the economic crisis into another political farce – Americans will soon come to their senses when they see how many Democrats aren’t playing Obama games anymore.

His plan is to make the “Bad Guys” pay up and to knock our investors to their knees by raising their taxes and than have the terrorists sit down at his table for a little ”din din” and a couple of sodas. Do we really want our President playing house with the terrorists or abusing our investors at this time?

Besides, Mr. Obama most of the “Bad Guys” are going to go down in the next few months and won’t have the dinero to line the deep government pockets. Our investors don’t have to lay around and let you beat on them – there’s other countries that would love their money. The terrorists know which side of the bread their butter is on and they never turn down a free dinner.

Where does America think Senator Obama is going to get the money to finance all his dreams and whims? Lets get real here – there’s only one place to go for the kind of money! He had his chance in the Senate to make a real difference, but he was too busy dreaming of playing house in the “White House.”

Mr. Obama voted against strengthening the earmark reform 1/11/07. Voted “Nay” on improving access to affordable healthcare. “No” on making permanent certain education-related tax incentives. Senator Obama didn’t want to increase the minimum for States under the State Homeland Security Grant Program. Didn’t think Congress should be allowed to take a peek at “wasteful spending. His voting record, you’ll discover is somewhat like Enron’s accounting!

One more bill that speaks a thousand word is this one. He voted “Nay” To extend the 35, 33, 28,and 25 percent income tax rate structure and protect nearly 28,000,000 and individuals, including small business owners, from having their taxes increase to 39.6, 36, 31 or 28 percent.

By checking the senator’s voting record, you will discover that education, the middle class, our security, our troops and keeping the government honest didn’t seem to be any of Mr. Obama’s concerns. While you’re doing your homework, check on the Democratic Senate’s voting record the past several years.

Listen to him now as he prances around talking to Americans about his heart felt concern for little ole us! If he couldn’t assume his responsibilities as a Senator, why would we give him a second chance at leading our country?

A world class education for our children sounds awesome, but Mr. Obama doesn’t have a clue how to implement this program, nor does he have any inkling where the money will come from for our children’s world class education.

Health insurance for all is a hazy subject with Senator Obama and he’s having as much problem addressing this problem as Hillary Clinton did when she assured Americans that she had the perfect health plan in the works.

When Senator Obama was faced with the real issues during his short stay in the Senate, he was repeatedly a no-show when it was time to vote. One must wonder where this boy wonder came from for his ability to lead the Democratic Party is looking pretty bleak.

The big three, Pelosi, Obama and Dean have totally confused their own party in their “Bail Out” blunders. Seems to me around 93 Democrats voted no on this bill as they tried a slam dunk again - Democrats against Americans!”

“Indecision” seems to be a “kissin cousin” with Senator Obama and team; it appears to be raising its ugly head once again - how many more changes will the Democrats try to sweep under the rug for their Presidential Candidate? “Indecision” seems to be running rampant in the Democratic Camp – could it be the result of weak leadership or no legitimate platform?

Seems that Bill described you as one who “saw and imagined,” don’t think seeing or imagining qualifies you for leading. I have a little 3 year old grandson, who spends his waking hours seeing and imagining.

Even Bill Clinton isn’t ready to jump on your band wagon with open arms. He will do whatever is necessary to keep his Senator Clinton in good standing with the Democratic Party, but the “buck stops there!”

America – it’s time to check out voting records, check out background of both President Elects, verify who has been leading and who has been following. If you’re strictly depending on CNN for the real story, it’s not going to happen!

They admit that their polls were biased and they gush with prejudice, bias and re edited news – none of our news media should be our voice or decide who our next President will be in 2008. CNN isn’t the only media with major problems – we have us an epidemic! America has the ability to think for themselves and hopefully make a wise choice when it comes to our next President.

McCain Leads – Obama Changes

Did Senator Obiden throw too many grenades during his campaign speeches?

General Colin Powell, A great man and leader defined a leader in this way….”Great leaders are almost always great simplifiers, who can cut through argument, debate, and doubt to offer a solution everybody can understand.”

Senator Obama doesn’t fit this mold because his ability to simplify doesn’t exist and his solutions are dependent on the American people to pull a rabbit out of the hat. He believes we’ve been slouching, need to work harder and share more of our money and time. Mr. Obama, you just don’t get it – there isn’t a rabbit and we’re struggling 24/7 to keep afloat.

Latest on the rumor mill . . . Democrats may just show Americans one more change – this isn’t etched in stone, but it’s evident that something new is a brew in the Democratic Camp. Stay tuned to all the major news stations because this may make headlines, if in fact it occurs.

Biden is in over his head with his campaign speeches and some very prominent Democrats along with professional women, single mothers and concerned citizens are quietly pitching their tent in Senator McCain’s Camp.

Even Mr. Axelrod and Mr. Wade are more than a little concerned about the VP debate – they see Sarah Palin as a skilled opponent and strategist. Both of these men feel Sarah has saved the best to last and they’re warning Senator Biden that his plate is on overload at this time.

Lynn Forester de Rothschild, a very powerful lady has transitioned from the Democratic camp to support Senator McCain. Lynn was one of the most powerful Hillary Rodham Clinton fundraisers and left her party due to the “Big Three,” Obama, Pelosi and Dean.

Will Senator Obama make one more change as he pounds the campaign trail? Will Hillary step into Biden’s shoes after the VP debate October 2, 2008? It’s becoming very apparent that Senator Obama’s camp is struggling with the VP choice – will they force Senator Obama’s hand?

If this occurs, we must accept this “political move” at face value. It would appear that Senator Clinton, like Senator Obama are still struggling with the Republican VP nominee (Sarah Palin.) Hillary and Bill will do whatever is necessary to insure that Hillary will run for President once again in 2012.

1. “Change” is the keyword in the Democratic Camp and their idea of change doesn’t have anything to do with their country and Americans.

2. Senator Obama can’t get his Democratic Platform stabilized, because someone forgot the rails and they keep jumping from one track to the other in their campaign speeches.

3. Professional women, stay at home mothers and many who were undecided are leaning heavily toward the two “mavericks.” Americans are becoming uneasy with a party that changes their position as often as they change their underwear.

4. Senator Obama smeared Hillary Clinton in his campaign for Democratic Presidential Candidate and now in a last ditch effort to “win” and I’m using that term loosely, he is begging Hillary and Bill to save his fanny!

5. Will they use Hillary Rodham Clinton one more time until Election day rolls around?

The VP debate this week is crucial and the outcome will determine the next moves of each party. What heads will the Democrats roll? Will the big three keep Biden under wraps or replace him? What is Bill and Hillary’s next move? Did Sarah just sit back and quietly play chess with the News Media, Democrats and cut throats?

We’ll know all of these answers this week!

CNN should be ashamed of the way they are following the Presidential Campaign. They blatantly present the Democratic propaganda and even have the nerve to publish polls that were primarily Democratic participants. Why would they feel committed to conduct such a childish poll?

It’s apparent that the “big dogs” at CNN have their hands in the hip pocket of the Democratic camp and that in itself makes one believe that there’s more at stake for CNN than a few minutes of artificial glory.

Without a doubt CNN has some of the Nation’s best journalists and commentators, but the sad thing is they’re under lock and key. If this group of professionals would stand toe to toe with management and get a few things ironed out - Americans could count on them for the “Real Story.”

1. A good journalist has the capabilities of tell the whole story without showing prejudice.
2. CNN refuses to let their employees come forward with both sides of the story - their news is edited, re edited and regurgitated before reaching Americans.
3. CNN doesn’t have the right to lobby for Obama any more than Mc Cain.
4. This is a most desperate time in our Nation’s history and CNN isn’t scoring many brownie points at this time.

Quit jumping on Obama’s bandwagon and spreading gossip - go and check his record during his interim in the Senate and you’ll find a man who straddles the fence, a no-show and one who can’t speak unless programmed. Now, this is an example of the real truth - find out for yourself and learn to speak the “truth.”

Anyone who listened intently to the debate last night saw many differences in the two men. One leads - the other follows! Need I say more?

Under the Bus Again?

Thank goodness, John McCain cares about his country and refuses to listen to a fallen Republican and Democratic government – those who are spending all their idle time pointing a finger at this great man might consider joining him and being a part of the group who will restore our Nation.

The Republicans and the Democratics have placed the welfare of our country in jeopardy, but the government is under the control of the Democrats at this time. We need an unbiased group of economists and statisticians to go to the White House and give our Government the options available that will prevent a “Depression.”

Here we go again – our government has been caught with their pants down and there’s more than blisters on their fannies. If we were but to check one thing, it should be the voting record of the Democrats the past few years and then after doing that ask ourselves several questions.
1. Do we really want the Democrats bailing anyone else out at this time?
2. Will a bail out actually revive our weakened economy?
3. Does our government have the expertise to make the hard difficult decisions anymore? (Listen to their comments – they’re still playing politics)
4. Who is knowledgeable enough to make an honest decision about the “bail out?”

As individuals each of us need to step forward and talk with our government representatives, before they once again throw us under the bus. In all reality, it’s probably best to take our beating now! No one really knows if the “bail out” will revive our economy or just prolong the agony.

Certainly plunging into more debt without a firm guarantee from our government that we’ll be repaid immediately should be a priority. Secondly, what man or women in Washington will step forward and say without a doubt that a bail out is even feasible at this time.

The “bail out” has the ear marks of one more blunder on the part of our government – some of the world’s leading economists are throwing red flags up all over the place, because they know Washington is once again going down the wrong path.

It’s totally disgusting to hear our leaders make their better than thou comments blaming everyone, but themselves. For the first time in my 68 years, I realize these leaders are addicted politicians and will say or do anything to survive.

We hear the word bipartisan, bipartisan and bipartisan and watch as the biggest political blunder is about to occur, because our leaders don’t know how to lead.

Debate, what’s there to debate about – foreign policy isn’t exactly a great subject to bring in front of the American people tonight. Idle guarantees about repairing our broken economy is somewhat like promising a little one an ice crème cone if they find the money to buy it. We use to be the voice of America and now we’ve turned into a door mat.

The bottom line and there’s always a bottom line is this – our children and their children are being left with a mess that will last their lifetimes if we don’t work together to resolve this problem. As a Nation, we need to pitch the plastic, budget, get over the materialistic “God, and quite living for “self.”

We have young people that need us – not our gifts! If we focus on becoming responsible parents again, good role models and disciplinarians – our Nation will once more return to “One Nation Under God.”

Regardless of anyone’s beliefs – this is the formula our forefathers gave us and until we, the people lost the formula it was a tried and true way of life that worked for all.

It only takes a few people to change the “world” in a positive way – lets join the few and get our country back.

Senator John Mc Cain once again makes the right choice – he has suspended his campaign and has asked the President to convene a meeting with both houses.

The Maverick remains the same, no hidden agendas – his country comes first. Much like John’s days as a POW, he will not lie down and roll over for either his Republican or the Democratic Party.

His concern about the frenzied ideas of buying out every Tom, Dick and Harry isn’t a feasible plan at this time. Senator Mc Cain wants legislation passed that will protect Americans from all walks of life.

His goals are to give some stability back to the financial markets and at the same time protect the citizens of the United States; he wants legislation passed that has substance and will protect taxpayers, home owners and honest businesses.

Senator Mc Cain will not tolerate quick fixes, band aids or idle promises … The “maverick” will not stop until he can tell his fellow Americans exactly what the plan is and step by step how it will be implemented.

Once again, he’s going to stand toe to toe with President Bush, because the bill the Administration has suggested is flawed and needs correction. Senator Mc Cain has put his campaign on hold, because the American people need his strength and common sense at the White House – we know tonight when we jump in bed that he is doing all in his power to protect us.

Albert Einstein once said, “The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them.” Senator Mc Cain discusses this in his campaign speeches that problems created by both Democrats and Republicans have continued in the government, because of complacency and the inability to think outside of the box.

Senator Obama on the other side still displays his ineptness at leadership, because he opts to stay in the box and let others think for him. When interviewed today, he said, “He’d be available if his party needs him.”

Here is a man who has the guts to continue straddling the fence without getting his hands dirty – this shows not only a weakness in character, but signifies his reluctance to actually take a stand. What he is opting to do today is a continuance of his past few years in the Senate – he’s Mr. No Show Himself!

Senator Obama wants to continue the Presidential Debates even before he knows the outcome of this bill that the Administration is trying to pass. Just what did he think both Presidential Elects could debate that would even interest Americans at this time. A debate at this time would be just one more “Political Farce.” He just doesn’t get it!

Senator Obama has been groomed for a presidency by groups of affluent people who want to control America; he’s pre programmed and incapable of addressing “the real truth and real solutions.

Senator Obama reminds me of my PC – he needs scanned, defragged and system restored each night. Our country needs a leader not a follower! My bet is President Clinton and Hillary are on the phone as we speak telling him to get off his duff and help Americans in this time of need.

Americans need to see both political parties working hand in hand to solve the immediate problems – they don’t want to bail out a bunch of shysters, crooks and inept corporate leaders.

They are tired of supporting people who make bad decisions and continue to get into their pocketbook. We’re resilient – we can recover with the right honest leadership that places country first.

2008 finds most Americans spending their time trying to maintain some semblance of order in their family household due to the stress of high fuel prices, a weak economy and the meddlers, peddlers and gov.

Meddlers meaning the special interest groups, lobbyists and the corporate clan. Peddlers refer to our news media that choose to blindside us and give us trickle down information in order to extract a specific response. The Gov, oh well do I need to say anymore on that one?

Mr. Biden didn’t think the college students and lower middle class needed any assistance so he voted a big no as you can see below.

Senator Biden wants no part of monitoring wasteful spending nor does he want his friends who lobby for him or his son to have to worry about compliance. Neither, he or his Democratic friends want to address the earmark problem – check closely and you’ll see he just passed on voting and let the Democrats take care of the bill, which they did!

Check this bill out, Vote 121: H R 1591: Coburn Amdt. No. 648; To remove $100 million in funding for the Republican and Democrat party conventions in 2008.

This bill was initiated to help those of us whose tax money is being recklessly tossed around at the Republic and Democratic Conventions. So far, Senator Biden appears to be scoring – 7 or 8 – he just doesn’t get it, or does he?

Is Senator Biden really placing country first, don’t think so – he voted “ no “for an extension of the income tax rate structure that protects nearly 28,000,000 families and individuals, including small business owners – and what is he actually saying in his campaign speeches?

He voted “no” on the bill to improve the economy efficiency, and effectiveness of Federal programs and reduce the Federal debt by eliminating waste, fraud and abuse. Along with that he gave the “Nay” on the bill that was meant to establish a reserve fund for protecting coverage choices, additional benefits, and lower cost-sharing for Medicare beneficiaries.

This is your dad, mom, grandparents and elderly citizens that he’s ignoring and someday you’ll be one of the seniors, so you need to take a long hard look at how the Democratic VP elect is voting.

It’s your right to vote as a citizen of the United States. Along with that “right” comes a responsibility of knowing exactly what kind of man or woman you’re selecting to lead our country. We need leaders – not followers!

A good leader will stand toe to toe with the meddlers, peddlers & gov and with the help of parents, grandparents and concerned citizens restore our Nations weak foundation. It’s time for our voices to be heard – let’s not settle for trickle down propaganda, lies or idle promises!

Take a minute to study a few more bills that Senator Biden voted “No” on and decide if this is truly the man for the Vice Presidency. As a mother of 4 and grandmother of 7 – he certainly doesn’t have a track record that protects my country, children and my children’s children.

Vote 81: S CON RES 70: Allard Amdt. No. 4233; To require that legislation to reauthorize SCHIP include provisions codifying the unborn child regulation.

Vote 77: S CON RES 70: Kyl Amdt. No. 4372; To protect small businesses, family ranches and farms from the Death Tax by providing a $5 million exemption, a low rate for smaller estates and a maximum rate no higher than 35%.

You’ve heard me say, words are cheap and often times nothing but idle rhetoric – so the next time you tune into one of Senator Biden’s political speeches consider reading between the lines, because what he says and what he does are two entirely different formats.

John Mc Cain places country first! He wants to restore our Nation’s once strong foundation and he will stand toe to toe with the meddlers, peddlers and the gov.

Sarah Palin is the lady who cares about our children and their children. She is one of us and understands the struggles and problems that parents, grandparents and concerned citizens are facing.

Don’t just consider the two mavericks, vote for them on November 4th and help them restore our Nation and leave our children a legacy that will make headlines in our History books.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe the Senator chose to sit on the fence for months at a time without casting a vote. One thing for sure you can keep your track record pretty clean if you don’t participate, or can you?

When Senator Obama discusses his concern for the “middle class” – it becomes a little confusing, because those free “fuzzies” he’s throwing to us in his campaign speeches aren’t quite adding up.

He refers to the “middle class” like we are some little waifs on the street corner waiting for a handout. Here’s a news flash to Republicans and Democrats, “Americans aren’t asking for a free ride; but we don’t want to be the good guys to rescue the crooks any longer.”

His speeches in Colorado Tuesday talked about 50 billion dollars would be used to jump start the economy and earlier the same day it was announced that the US Government was bailing out AIG to the tune of 85 billion dollars. Just exactly where does Mr.Obama think that 50 billion dollars for a jump start is hiding?

It’s obvious that “words” aren’t only cheap; sometimes they’re down right nonsensical. Americans are struggling and trying to make sense out of Senator Obama’s many promises and his feeble explanation about leadership. If he couldn’t be a stand up leader in the Senate and his greatest concern is Sarah Palin, why does he think he’s got the credentials to lead our Nation?

Everyone is listening to his campaign speeches, because that’s what Americans do the last 6 weeks before the Presidential Election. We’re spending all of our time sifting through the political maize trying to determine who he really is and what he might stand for…

According to Webster, “A leader is a person that leads, directs, commands and is a guiding hand.” So my question is this, “when, where and how did Senator Obama master the art of leadership?”

His track record in the Senate indicates more no shows, but he wasn’t worried because his Democratic friends were managing the Senate. The few times he did vote certainly didn’t indicate any concern, respect and love for the American people.

Please don’t take my word for anything, go to the webpage, “US Senate: Senators Home” and find out the truth for yourself. Senator Obama’s newsletter would make one think he made “senator of the year” in 2007 & 2008, but on close examination you probably will wonder why Illinois even kept him around.

Get an accurate picture of who this man really is and what he does or doesn’t stand for in the scheme of things. As I said, he was missing in action a large part of the time, but below are just a few of the things that he voted against in his short interim as Senator.

Before we go any further, read about the bill on 3/14/08 that was placed before the Senate to codify the unborn child regulation. For more on this go to Glenn Beck on CNN and remember that Senator Obama voted a big “Nay” on this bill.

What you’ll read is very graphic and quite sad to think that babies are just left to die with only their little blanket for comfort. There’s probably going to be an influx of people who finally have the nerve to step forward and share this story! Let’s dissect his performance during his short interim as Senator, I believe you’ll find a big “nay” on codifying the unborn child regulation..

Senator Obama didn’t considered improving access to affordable health care for all as important and he didn’t see any reason to require appropriate qualifications for interim US attorneys. Guess, its best not to step on any toes if you’re trying to win the Presidential Election – just don’t do anything to ruffle feathers Mr. Obama.

He wasn’t much interested in increasing the Federal minimum wage either and than why should he care if our college graduates are unable to find jobs - any little perk would have been most appreciated by them and the young middle class community.

Without boring you, study this bill that was to strengthen the Federal Government’s ability to detain dangerous criminal aliens, including murderers, rapists, and child molesters, until they can be removed from the United States, to prohibit the rewarding of suicide bombs and allow adequate punishments for terrorists murders, kidnappings, and sexual assaults, and for other purposes – you got it, once again he voted a big “Nay” on this bill!

He wasn’t much interested in helping small businesses, ranches and farms by providing them with a tax exemption nor did he consider protecting the families’ budget from runaway government spending or providing a point of order against legislation the increases income taxes on taxpayers, which includes the entrepreneurs, college crowd and middle class – income families.

As you continue doing your homework, you’ll discover that Senator Obama even voted against paying down the government debt and reducing the government waste on antiquated mandated programs that aren’t working.

On the Amendment S.Amdt. 4170 to S.Con.Res. 70 (No short title on file) Just what year did Senator Obama plan on becoming a leader who really cares about the people?

What the Democrats have in their camp is an eloquent speaker, who has a great way with words and no doubt has a great speech writer in his hip pocket and a teleprompter under his coat tails. The difficult times the past couple of years was definitely the time that Senator Obama had the opportunity to support real “change.”

Instead of taking action and leading, he opted to continue straddling the fence hoping from all outward appearance that Americans would perceive him as a Senator with a strong track record.

Our country really doesn’t need a bird watcher, who can’t make definitive decisions or stand hard on issues and legislation that is critical to the recovery of our faltering United States of America. We need “leaders not followers.”

Our Nation has two leaders, Senator John Mc Cain & Governor Sarah Palin who will carefully guide our country thru the hard times – check the “mavericks” out. They love their country, their fellow citizens and most of all they want to place our Nation back on a strong foundation for our children and our children’s children.

Americans, you’re intelligent hard working citizens with good minds and the ability to learn the truth. Voting is not only our rights as an adult citizen of the United States of American; it is a responsibility!

So here we are being asked to grasp the fact that Hillary and Senator Obama are actually on the same page(I believe that’s what Hillary is saying as we speak.)

The Democrats are between a rock and a hard place - Hillary isn’t going away! She has her eye on the ball(President in 2012) and that means she must be the little brave soldier who now embraces Senator Obama at all costs. My bet is the Democrats will use her until the Presidential Election is over and than not so gracefully lose her!

We all know what Hillary and Bill Clinton think about Senator Obama, but the country is being asked to buy into this new found partnership between the Clintons and Senator Obama. This is politics in the lowest form and shows what people will do for a little fame and fortune.

Obama, showed Hillary exactly what his team thought of her when he passed her up as VP elect. But, Hillary is one smart lady and will do whatever is necessary to be in the good graces of the Democratic Party at this time.

It would be wonderful if some man or women would step forward out of the political clutches and give us “real solutions for real problems.” We are being blind sided with mud slinging.

I wish John Mc Cain and Sarah Palin would tell us the necessary steps that need to be implimented to revive our economy, correct our fuel and health problems etc. and talk to us from now on not the “Obama Camp.”

It’s not going to be easy, but Americans are resilent, hard working and want our Nation placed back on a strong foundation, so we’re up to the restoration task if we just had the truth to work with…

Parents, grandparents and concerned citizens need John Mc Cain and Sarah Palin to help them restore our country and place it back on a solid foundation. We’re all in this together and as Senator Mc Cain says, we can recover and once again become a strong Nation.

We didn’t arrive here yesterday, nor was it just the past 8 years that placed our Nation on a shaky foundation - it has been a slow erosion for many, many years caused by the meddlers (special interest groups & lobbyists), the peddlers (news media) and the gov that has created a shaky economy.

We’ve plodded through the many changes over the past 60 plus years and after pointing fingers at the meddlers, peddlers and gov – it’s time to make the necessary changes to restore the once strong foundation.

I only included meddlers, peddlers & gov because they are a part of our history in the USA. They have been responsible for shaping much of our Nation! Do I have a bunch of answers, cures or band aids to offer parents, grandparents and concerned citizens?

Not really, but looking back in history it is apparent that our ancestors came from all walks of life and yet they unanimously agreed on two thins: (1) The solid foundation for America must be “One Nation Under God, and (2) Liberty and justice for all would be the cement that would keep the United States alive and well.

As we look back over the past 60 plus years, it’s important to realize that nothing was really broken and we didn’t ask anyone to fix it, but “they” did. So now we’re faced with a weak government, too many special interest groups with their fingers in our pot, and once again parents are being controlled – no in control.

Parents and grandparents have been left with a mess, that’s for sure and we have to assume some responsibility for creating the mess. Each one of us as individuals can make the conscious decision that we want our country back on it’s once strong foundation – with “God” guiding us all things are possible.

Yep, we can even move mountains! “Rights” should be determined by what is in the best interest for the majority. Our children should always be our priority and we need prayer in the schools, the Ten Commandments visible for all (they’re really a roadmap for men, women and children.)

Remember, we’re not going to make anyone pray, nor will they be forced to read the Ten Commandments, but the flipside is this - prayer, the Ten Commandments and One Nation Under God is the legacy left to us by a forefathers.

No man, woman or child has a right to tamper with this legacy! Discipline must be returned to parents, schools and all of our society. Immorality should be addressed as a Nation and our leaders must be honest, men and women who realize that it’s not about them, but about our children and country…

“They” can continue tooting the same old horn and playing the same old tune about keeping religion and politics separate. So keep them separate, but don’t meddle with our beautiful America that thrived and prospered for years as “One Nation Under God.”

It’s a tried and true concept that works for all – and frankly for those who don’t like the concept, it’s probably time for them to take a hike, go out to sea or find another country.

We need to take care of our troops, their families and let them know daily how proud we are of them and their patriotism. You better believe they’re in Iraq because they want us to be safe!

These are the young men and women who can and will help us restore our country; they will give others outside of our country a chance to experience a better life.

How I wish a few of them could talk with us from Iraq before the Presidential Election – they are our eyes and ears in the countries outside the USA. What do they really think, how do they feel about our Presidential candidates and what is in there hearts and souls at this time as they serve our country - who better to give us the “real story?”

In closing, some very dangerous red flags are showing their evil eyes in our Nation. Self-centered, prideful, pleasure seeking and materialistic nation become divided and eventually crumble. Pride goes before destruction and haughtiness before a fall. Proverbs 16:18

History shows that nations without codes of conduct or real human values become extinct. The Roman Empire, the Soviet Union and other Nations fell due to a decline in morals, values and a corrupt group of leaders kindled by inflation. The wealthy citizens of Rome were prideful, materialistic and pretty much what I call pleasure seekers!

Here is a letter to ponder from Charles Carroll to James McHenry, written around November 4th, 1800. What this letter discusses isn’t news, but its reliable information you can take to the bank.

PS Give us a President and Vice President that can lead and not follow. It really boils down to the hard raw basics – it’s not about you and it darn sure isn’t about me; it’s about our children and their children.

We should leave a legacy behind that will endure the tests of time! The bottom line is – we need leaders who aren’t going to hide behind the political skirts of the special interest groups, lobbyists or allow the Supreme Court to thumb their nose at the majority of the Americans.

It’s time America to gets back to the basics of love and restores our Nation as “One Nation under God with Liberty and Justice For All.”. Let’s insure that Senator Mc Cain and Governor Palin are the ones who will lead our Nation the next four years. They will clean up Washington and that in itself will jump start our economy immediately.
