Santorum dropping makes it easier for Gingrich but with all of the previous vote splitting that helped Romney it’s a really rough massively uphill battle for Gingrich and I wish him the best. Just at the moment I don’t see him winning it or forcing a brokered convention.

Things can change quickly but unless Gingrich pulls off some stunning wins very quickly or Romney self destructs in some truly spectacular manner it’s pretty much, hOpefully going to be Presidential Candidate Mittens…

Principles over money every time :) I’m a Santorum supporter; before that I was a Perry supporter, and he dropped out also. I wish I had been supporting Santorum the whole time, but it is what it is. Better to back the good so-called losers than the rich winners in most cases.

I completely understand his decision to suspend his campaign.
