No justice under mob rule… Know justice under the rule of law…

Someone finally published images of Zimmerman’s injuries sustained when a young thug was apparently, according to eyewitnesses, bashing his head into the concrete before he defended himself from losing his own life. My only question about this is why did it take several weeks to put them out?

The prosecutor who decided to go after Zimmerman failed to disclose that information? Tsk tsk… perhaps she needs to lose her job. In a rare moment of channel surfing luck I landed on Fox news as they were announcing she was coming out to make a statement and watched her live on tv. She seemed to be like a kid in a candy store as she made full use of the spotlight to put out that she was pursuing charges against Zimmerman. Watching her I saw someone being truly evil, she relished the spotlight, relished the ability to stand there and say how she was only pursuing the charges because “something” was there and not because of the public uproar. She basically put on a good show of lying to the nation, in my opinion. There is the face of real evil – happy to wield the power of her office, defiant in the face of facts, omitting relevant facts that do not fit her narrative of pursuing the conviction of someone who committed no crime.

Mob rule = no justice

Rule of law = to know justice

The rule of law is only as perfect as the people who run it but it’s generally better than than mob rule.

Mob rule is only effective at getting what the mob was whipped up for, and that is rarely truly anything close to real justice.

If the people inciting mobs against Zimmerman had the their way Zimmerman would be killed for lawfully defending himself.  If the politically pandering official who filed charges has her way Zimmerman will be put in jail for legally defending himself.

The real evil in this case is not that a young thug died, a tragic loss in itself, but that so many can scream so loudly in the face of all evidence to the contrary of what they are screaming about and still get charges filed where there should be none filed.

I hope that the case against Zimmerman is thrown out pretrial based on the eyewitness accounts and the previously withheld photos of a bloodied Zimmerman. I hope Zimmerman’s lawyers spend the next several years suing the Black Panthers, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and everyone else who have wronged Zimmerman by screaming for his neck before the facts were fully disclosed and even more importantly go after those who continued to pursue Zimmerman after the facts have essentially cleared him of a crime.

The defining thing about the Zimmerman case is that it is a barometer that shows us how evil in a banal way some people can be when it is convenient for them/advances them or their agenda. It illustrates how some people are willing to be led like sheep by unscrupulous individuals. The other truly chilling thing it shows is how disinterested in facts people can be when the facts aren’t in their favor.

In my opinion the prosecutor needs to lose her job and the willfully negligent people in the media who doctored tapes along with any others who misled the public should all be punished for the real crime of undermining the rule of law and defaming someone who legally defended himself from being beaten to death by an aggressive adult sized want to be thug.

of the puzzle, just as Trayvon’s gunshot wound is only one piece. I’ll let the Al Sharptons and the gun lobby crowd spin this story to their advantage. Frankly, my own belief is that Zimmerman is the real thug with the criminal past in this story. Those violent arrests are not fictional.

The race hustlers want America to believe this was cold blooded murder. It wasn’t. The gun crowd wants America to believe Zimmerman was simply defending himself from a bad black guy. That dog don’t hunt either. If anything, we may discover that Trayvon Martin was standing his ground against Zimmerman and just happened to get a few good licks in before Zimmerman went for the gun.

I think it’s our obligation to be less blind and crazy than the Al Sharpton crowd, not just as blind on the other side of the spectrum. I know why blacks are angry and defensive about this killing. I still don’t know why so many on the right are knee jerked into defending Zimmerman, with his criminal past and known anger management issues. A little reason, please.

may have been behind the timing of the bloody head pictures release of GZ early yesterday. He brought up the pictures when he questioned GZ’s father during the bond hearing. He asked the father if he ever saw those pictures, and the father said he saw them for the first time yesterday morning, on the media. In testimony, the father also brought up the fact that the only time he ever spoke with any law enforcement was just a few days after the incident, he said he spoke with Sanford law enforcement.

O’Mara also asked one of the lead detectives if he ever saw GZ’s medical file. The detective said no. O’Mara had a copy of that document in his hands, and was about to hand it to the detective on the stand, but in his brilliance changed his mind and “said that he was going to do that the proper way”, and handed the report to the prosecutor.

In addition to the detective admitting, under oath, that he didn’t have any evidence, and O’Mara specifically said “as of today” to prove the most important part of the case, proof that GZ kept following TM, and proof that GZ was the aggressor, O’Mara proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the state wasn’t seeking honest to God truth and justice, they were interested only in a conviction, no matter what it took. Truth and justice would have involved the investigators and prosecutors considering everything and anything involving the defendant as well as TM. It was their obligation to give equal weight to GZ’s story, family members, witnesses, and any other evidence to prove GZ acted in self defense. O’Mara proved that the state had no interest in justice for GZ.

Yes, this is clearly a case of mob rule over rule of law, and it involves everyone from the spineless Governor on down. We are clearly back to the original police reports, investigations, the original prosecutor who said there wasn’t evidence to prove that GZ didn’t act in self-defense. The original prosecutor Wolfinger , after all the trumped up media hype, the race hustlers showing up in Sanford and promising more protests and riots, wanted to take the case before the Grand Jury. He was denied that opportunity because the race hustlers demanded that he be replaced, as well as the Police Chief Lee, and those in higher positions in the state folded to those demands. Two good honest people had their reputations tarnished, and were forced to step aside as incompetents, because they refused to go along with the demands of the race hustlers. They deserve public commendations at least for their integrity.

With the bogus Probable Cause Affidavit, to the brilliantly orchestrated bond hearing yesterday by O’Mara, the states house of cards is collapsing rapidly. Before this is all over, O’Mara will be compensated in full, and not from the state taxpayer funds provided for indigents, but from those funds that GZ will earn when he sues ABC and everyone else responsible for willingly hanging him out to dry as a sacrifice for the “public good.”
