Latest Gallup Numbers

I’m surprised by the lack of comment anywhere about the new Gallup Generic numbers.

One week out, the most respected polling organization, The Gold Standard, is showing the Republicans with either a 9 or 14 point margin among “likely voters”.

The Low Turnout model shows the GOP up 55-41 while the High Turnout model shows the margin is 52-43. These numbers are slightly tighter than the ones released last week but not enough to matter.

If…IF…Gallup is reasonably close, then these numbers are not just historically bad for Democrats, they are off the charts horrible. If the Republicans were to enjoy even an 8 point lead next Tuesday, the Democrat Party would be decimated and Obamanomics stopped cold.

If in fact…IF…Gallup is in the ball park, then Republicans have chances to win in places we never dreamed we could prevail.

That word “if” is funny. There are a lot of “ifs” right now but there won’t be any after November 2, then it will be all over for another two years.

Every conservative, no matter how Blue your district needs to vote.

If we keep the effort up through Election Day, we have a chance at a once in a lifetime victory that can change our nation’s future.

Gallup says Dems were stronger in the last 4 days of the 11-day poll.

The poll is the poll, you take the outlier days from both sides and average them out. There’s no momentum for the Democrats out there, the fact that their outlier days were toward the end of the poll dont mean anything. If anything it just shows we’re probably ahead more than the poll suggests, that the poll got skewed at the end. We’re owning here, and next Tuesday we’re gonna win the biggest victory in decades!

The WVA senate race shows that Americans finally get it, i.e. how screwed up is the Dem Party as they are going to reject a popular Dem governor for the Senate.

In wave elections of this type, there are always election night surprises. None of the toss-ups would be a surprise. We will win all the toss-ups, I think and some that are leaning Dem.

Given that, and the number of toss-ups, I am confident the GOP will win the senate.

Man, that whole season was fun. The Republican Nat’l Convention in 1984 was like a big party, very fun to watch, cause we all knew that the Gipper was going to mop the floor with Mondale. And boy was it fun watching state after state, 49 of them, go for Reagan that night.
