MORE INFOWARS.COM NUTTINESS: Defending Mel Gibson’s bigotry

Alex Jones’s Infowars.com nears one million unique hits a month. The madness (a lot of the site’s content) must be checked and corrected, not ignored. On June 17th, I posted here: “Helen Thomas defenders.” Today, Infowars.com defends Mel Gibson’s bigotry!

A close second in today’s Infowars.com nuttiness factor is this story attacking New Jersey Govenor Chris Christie (perhaps our nation’s best governor, IMHO) for promoting a “new world order” by simply cutting the state’s budget:

Economic Hitmen Come for Their ‘Pound of Flesh’ in New Jersey
Activist Post
July 10, 2010
It was reported today that New Jersey’s Governor Christie is proposing privatization of many public services. This is the precise playbook of “Economic Hitmen” aka Banks.
(…)
Welcome to the new world order.

Today’s top Infowars.com nuttiness prize, however, must go to this:

Crusade Against Mel Gibson Stamped, Sealed and Delivered by the New World Order
Jurriaan Maessen
Infowars.com
July 10, 2010

I could barely get past the craziness of the headline. The “new world order” is on a “crusade” against Mel Gibson? Is the “new world order” out to get Lindsay Lohan, too? Can’t we just say that Mel Gibson has done some very stupid things?

Actor and director Mel Gibson, currently under fire by the entire mainstream media for alleged misdoings,…

“Entire” mainstream media for “alleged” misdoings. You can see the Infowars slant already.

From the website Jack & Jill Politics (July 2, 2010):

Mel Gibson’s Non-Reality-Based Raping Niggers
Author: Jill Tubman
So evidently Mel Gibson is racist and anti-semitic even when he’s not drunk driving. Who woulda thought? Well, all blacks and Jews actually but who’s keeping track, really…

What kind of person says this to their baby mama — ?

“You’re an embarrassment to me. You look like a fucking pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of niggers, it will be your fault.”

Really, Infowars.com, it’s not the “entire mainstream media” after Mel Gibson. It’s probably just those evil blacks and Jews, over some “alleged” comments caught on tape. But I’ll let Infowars.com finish its first sentence:

…just happens to be the very best man in Hollywood fighting tyranny with such outstanding works as Braveheart, The Passion of the Christ and Apocalypto — all of them examples of how storytelling at its core signifies both the story itself and an allegory of the age-old, everlasting struggle of freedom-loving people against the darkening clouds of tyranny.

The very best man in Hollywood is Mel Gibson?

Just like in the days of J. Edgar Hoover, when every important person both inside and outside Hollywood had the dubious honor of reserved blackmail-space in the FBI-director’s desk, the arrows have now been directed at Gibson, not for anything he might have done mind you, but rather with the aim of stopping the man from capturing audiences around the world with any more influential films about freedom versus tyranny. In other words: the current “controversy” serves to hinder the filmmaker from doing his job.

Uh, no. “(N)ot for anything he might have done mind you”? The controversy is about what Mel Gibson has said and what he believes, and it’s repugnant to everybody and it’s major league crazy.

Why doesn’t this article mention what Mel Gibson said (or “allegedly” said)? Shouldn’t the facts be the point?

Why does Infowars.com assume that these unprovoked, irrational rants against blacks and Jews are some “new world order” scheme to prevent Mel Gibson from making films? Don’t you think that if Hollywood could make a buck off of Mel Gibson, it would?

SUMMARY
First defending Helen Thomas and now defending Mel Gibson. Because, as offensive as their comments are to me and you, there are certain people out there who agree with Helen Thomas and Mel Gibson.

A million unique Infowars.com hits every month. Maybe I should do a regular column debunking/exposing this horrendous stuff?

is without doubt the biggest conspiracy theory pushers, and have been for a long time. Over 2 years ago, I was a regular commentor on a site that brought out all the conspiracy theory nuts around. They always linked to stories at infowars, and screamed that we all must listen and learn from Alex Jones. When I said that I didn’t buy the junk he was selling, I was told that I just refused to see the truth. I left that site quickly.

One of the stories they picked up was the NAFTA superhighway thing. Jones had pictures on his site of what he claimed to be the already built holding areas that were owned by the mexican government, and all kinds of maps etc. If it were true it was meant to scare the crap out of everyone. Then there was another piece he did on all the abandoned military bases being outfitted into internment camps, where George Bush was going to have his already trained secret police place everyone under his soon to be declared martial law. They claimed he was going to stop the elections, and wanted to remain president forever.

Yes, one must wonder who makes up those one million hitters per month. It’s probably Rosie O’Donnell and her staff.

I don’t know what Jones’s political beliefs are, or even if he has any, but, right or left, he is a radical conspiracy pusher that wants to have everyone looking over their shoulder even when you simply take your garbage out to the curb. To follow Alex Jones is to be a part of what real cults and cult like thinking is. It’s very similar to the Obama cultists that refuse to see what he is up to, and, that ain’t conspiracy theories.

That’s one million “unique” visitors a month. There are many more website “hits” than that. It’s an astounding number of people reading this crazy stuff.

Fox’s Andrew Napolitano went on the Alex Jones show about a week ago to promote his Fox Business Channel show. Think about that.

As I said in a prior post, I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of the 9-11 Truther sites are being funded by Russia. (The Russian spy story was barely covered, and Alex Jones often appears on Russia Today.)

    Some patriots!

I visit Infowars from time to time to see the nuttiness. I would say that while that’s not the majority of visitors there are quite a few. Not to mention those that visit to steal headlines. I started a conversation on infowars years ago when I was stationed at Ft. Hood when the FEMA concentration camps started making their initial debut (circa early 2001). It said one of the locations for the camps was at a ready made, empty facility at Ft. Hood. Since I lived there I went for a drive and well… found it. Sure enough, this “ready made” facility was a contractor liaison office that pushed computers and fixed them for military intelligence units. Another was the training compound at North Ft. Hood that acts as the mobilization point for what was then the 49th Armor Division, Texas National Guard.

Point is that site is full of loons. But they aren’t the only ones. Survival Station helps push this brand of BS and Intel Hub are others. They pretty much read like carbon copies of each other’s websites. The latest is that there are literally thousands of Russian soldiers on our land. They landed in California at the Naval Yard in San Diego and other ports in Los Angeles and San Francisco. There are of course no pictures or any reports beyond the initial ones. Yet they still bring them up every now and then.

Also don’t mention the thousand of National Guardsmen that have been mobilized and trained for gun confiscation here in the United States. They’re on stand by and apparently waiting outside your town for Obama/Bush/Clinton/Bush/Reagan/Carter/Jews/ZOG/UN/whoeverelsetheywanttoblamefortheirinsanity to give the orders to take your guns, rape your women, and put a plague on your houses.
