		<description><![CDATA[If this rail project does go forward, I would hope that opponents would point out that the governor and the Democrats aren&#039;t being serious about a budget crisis if they can afford to throw money at this project.

And yes, the Democrats have been shaking down the electric utlities for money for electric cars (in the form of crony contracts for charging stations) and now, it seems, rail money.

And they&#039;re sacrificing environmental laws in the process, double-crossing their envirnomentalist allies. But then again, they know that the environmentalists would never vote for Republicans, so they can feed them scraps..

Will the voters wake up to the deceit and say &lt;strong&gt;no&lt;/strong&gt; or will they continue like mindless robots to fall for the same lines once more? And will the Dems get 2/3rds of the legislature. We&#039;ll find out November 6th.]]></description>
