Virginia AG Cuccinelli to file lawsuit over healthcare

Virginia’s Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli will file a lawsuit on behalf of the people of Virginia challenging the Federal government’s assertion of the Supremacy Clause with respect to healthcare.

    and talked about the lawsuit he is going to file. He is working in conjunction with some other states Attorneys General. He said it could take up to 2 or more years for this to make it through the court system, however, his first filing will be in Richmond VA, which fast tracks cases. He said it is the speediest court in the nation.
