By: Benjamin Hodge (Diary) | February 18th at 09:18 PM |
This college’s repeat, illegal behavior is well known and well-proven in Kansas City. Yet, leaders at Johnson County Community College continue to go out of their way to be all the more unethical. Just after being scolded by a federal judge that they illegally expelled four nursing students, JCCC is now spending over $100,000 of the taxapayers’ money to focus on its “image” and “brand.” | Read More »

Illinois Governor Pat Quinn: 66% income tax increase will “only strengthen our competitiveness”
By: Benjamin Hodge (Diary) | January 19th at 11:34 PM |
Democratic Illinois Governor Pat Quinn just raised income taxes by 66 percent. In response, Republican Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker made clear that neighboring Wisconsin is, to quote RedState, a “sanctuary state” for Illinois businesses. The Wall Street Journal ran an article titled, “Wisconsin 1, Illinois 0.” Mr. Walker is painting that gulf as big as the Grand Canyon, this week blitzing the Chicago media markets to let suffering Illinois | Read More »

In coming weeks, late-term abortion law in Kansas may finally be enforced
By: Benjamin Hodge (Diary) | January 12th at 08:35 AM |
The Kansas City Star dishonestly writes about upcoming bills as “tighter restrictions” on abortions. The truth: there are effectively no restrictions! Since 1998, there has been in place a law banning late-term abortions. This law affects post-21 week pregnancies, when the unborn child can very likely survive outside the womb (and therefore can also feel pain. But because of Governor Bill Graves, Governor Kathleen Sebelius, | Read More »
