Poor Charlie Crist, he doesn’t have a friend in the world… (Warning: Some Language)

Since he quit his party, Crist says he has discovered that people he thought were friends turned out to be only Republican friends who dropped Crist after he left the GOP.

Crist has lost so many campaign staffers that his sister is now running his third-party effort.

“When you’re not affiliated with a party, it can be very lonely, particularly initially,” Crist told The Hill in an hourlong phone interview.

What Crist doesn’t understand, is that friends are friends. If you jerk them around they will not stay your friends, political or personal. Lying will also not win you any friends and you will lose the ones you had. The biggest lies (as pointed out by Slublog):

1) You said you would stay in the primary race as a Republican.

2) You said you refund people’s money if they asked for them.

So you burned nuked every bridge you had and you wonder why your friends are no longer your friends. No one is ever going to trust you ever again and you have no one but yourself to blame for the spot you are in right now. Democrats aren’t going to trust such a bold face lier either. I also don’t have to worry about you in 2012 mucking things up, because you are damaged goods.
