Goodbye and good riddance. You will not be missed, unlike your predecessor. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out, because we don’t want to have to replace it.

A quick message to Rick Scott: I will be watching. I like Jennifer Carroll more than I like you. I suggest you tread carefully.

You can watch the swearing in of Rick Scott on 13 News (only if you are in Central Florida and have Bright House) at 11AM. I will live blog the swearing in and speech, for the rest of you, on Practical State (link below).

    but these switcheroos tend to show up again because they are such amoral entities that they’ll do anything and take anything to keep their public personae in the public eye.

    Supposedly, Specter is angling for some commission or agency head appointment. At his age, he should sit on his back porch and watch the sun set. But don’t bet any ranches, yet.
