White House Applauds CAIR For, Get This, Anti-Bullying Efforts

Just when you think you can’t go any deeper into that rabbit-hole, the bottom opens up:

CAIR was publicly applauded at a Mar. 10 White House event by Valerie Jarrett, senior advisor and assistant to the president for intergovernmental affairs and public engagement, for its work with MTV to counter “bullying.” “Bullying can be prevented if we all take action,” said Jarrett, as she cited the MTV project, and named CAIR as a partner.

After lauding the National Education Association, Cartoon Network and a litany of other Democratic-affiliated advocacy groups and companies that are part of the White House’s “anti-bullying” campaign to reshape children’s opinions, Jarrett thanked MTV for “launching a new coalition that will work to fight bullying and intolerance online.” The coalition partners include the Hispanic advocacy group, “the National Council of La Raza, the Anti-Defamation League, and the [Council on] American-Islamic Relations, GLAAD and many others,” Jarrett said.

O LAWD!! That’s rich! Isn’t CAIR the same group who tried to “bully” Rep Peter King from doing his terror hearings? Did she also praise the thuggish La Raza?

Let’s not forget the real face of CAIR: They have (or had) many ties with Hamas and even the FBI reported that “the participants [CAIR] went to great length and spent much effort hiding their association with the Islamic Resistance Movement [Hamas].” CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas funding case involving the Holy Land Foundation. Ghassan Elashi, a founding member of the Texas branch of CAIR, was convicted and sentenced to 65 years. Clearly, CAIR is no friend to America.

Which makes them a perfect ally to an useful idiot like Valerie Jarrett. I am sorry, but it is true. I wasn’t going to write an article today, because I was going out today at about… *looks at watch* …around three minutes ago. However I cannot let crap like this stuff go.

Does it seem to you that Obama has just given up? Is it just me, or is Obama acting like he has resign himself to the fact that he’s not being re-elected? I hate to say it, but we are looking at what looks like life is imitating art. Obama’s speech on Japan was so underwhelming and what looked like a completely checked-out president, that Glenn Beck felt it necessary to make that speech for him.

It seems to me (and this is just my honest opinion), that Barack Obama might have picked his post-presidental cause and it is going to blind the entire Obama Administration for the foreseeable future. Oh, they’ll make a show out of the general election. However this bracket-picking president has lost all interest in governing and is just enjoying the trappings of being the president for now. I think it all started with the joke of a budget he put out. It was like in that The Onion video, he scribbled in a very numbers and called it a day. Hell, he even advocated leadership on the no-fly zone of Libya to the UN.

Welcome my friends, to a leaderless United States. Is it as bad as you thought it would be?

Nope. This doesn’t surprise me one little bit. Did you hear that the administration is now holding school principles accountable for students bullying? They now want the schools to monitor the kids speech at all times. In the class, at recess, at the water fountain. Also to spy on the kids facebook postings. If they see or hear any thing offensive the school can hall the kids and their parents in for counseling.

Education Department officials are threatening school principals with lawsuits if they fail to monitor and curb students? lunchtime chat and evening Facebook time for expressing ideas and words that are deemed by Washington special-interest groups to be harassment of some students.
There has only been muted opposition to this far-reaching policy among the professionals and advocates in the education sector, most of whom are heavily reliant on funding and support from top-level education officials. The normally government-averse tech-sector is also playing along, and on Mar. 11,?Facebook declared that it was ?thrilled? to work with White House officials to foster government oversight of teens? online activities.
The letter says federal officials have reinterpreted the civil-rights laws that require school principals to curb physical bullying, as well as racist and sexist speech, that take place within school boundaries. Under the new interpretation, principals and their schools are legally liable if they fail to curb ?harassment? of students, even if it takes place outside the school, on Facebook or in private conversation among a few youths.

In yet another reason to end the US Department Of Education:

      They themselves have become bullies.
