This is an open letter to Richard Nugent, who is running for Florida’s Fifth Congressional District. Look, I don’t really like you. You are the embodiment of everything that is wrong with the Republican Party. Your entry into thsi race and attacking Jason Sager personally, instead of sticking to the issues, has earn you many enemies. However as loath as I am to admit it, | Read More »
Well, the primary is over and we really haven’t taken a look at the Deomcrat running for the Governor of Florida. That Democrat is Florida’s CFO Alex Sink (CAN-D-FL-GOV). Oh yeah, I am going to have fun with her name.
Yesterday*, I tuned into the local radio talk show hosted by Bud Hedinger and he was talking about Bill McCollum endorsing Rick Scott. It blew my mind, because he was saying everything I wanted to say about it all. So without further ado, here is Bud Hedinger saying everything I wanted to say about McCollum endorsing Scott:
(Via Commentary) Well, that was quick: The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in Florida shows Marco Rubio attracting 40% of the vote, while Charlie Crist picks up 30% in the race to become the state’s next U.S. senator. The new Democratic nominee Kendrick Meek earns 21% support… With the results of this new survey, Florida’s Senate race moves from Toss-Up to Leans | Read More »
Just to start out with, I am in no way shrilling for Jim Piccillo (CAN-D-FL-05). The meaning of the title will also become clear later on. That said, let’s take a look at this Democrat running for Florida’s Fifth Congressional District.
So, everyone and their brother on the right side of the blogosphere back Rick Scott… Except me. I also backed Jason Sager (The Conservative) over Richard Nugent (The Big Government Republican), in Florida’s Fifth US District. However I have no regrets. None whatsoever.
Updating the two primary races that I have been following closely. The Governor Race and the primary for Florida’s Fifth Congressional District.
(Via Screw Loose Change) LIHOP stands for Let It Happen On Purpose. So basicly “9/11 LIHOP Truthers” will occupy a unique place in hell, because they say Bush let 9/11 happen. So imagin my rage when I saw Alan Grayson pushing that insane theory:
Another “Is Richard Nugent Really A Fiscal Conservative?” moment has come up. But come, I will hide nothing from you. I got the follwing information from none other than Jim Piccillo, the sole Democrat running for Florida’s Fifth. I called his office to get a comment on the news of the day* and ended up doing an impromptu phone interview with the guy. More on | Read More »
(Via The Shark Tank) Sarah Palin yesterday has given out a slew of endorsements to female candidates running for office: Today marks the 90th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment which granted American women the right to vote. Words cannot express the depth of gratitude we owe to those brave feminist foremothers who struggled and sacrificed, endured imprisonment and ridicule, and fought fearlessly | Read More »
Clearly, but first let’s look at the very liberal writer of the St. Pete Times, Dan DeWitt, rips Richard Dick* Nugent a new one: Not the old Nugent, at least that’s not what his record suggests. Because as my dad might have said, if this guy’s a fiscal conservative, I’m a diamond cutter. Since Nugent was elected in 2000, the Sheriff’s Office has raised deputies’ | Read More »
Attacking Allen West has become a sport for Liberal Democrats who fear him. First, they have attempted, unsuccessfully, to use YouTube for their attacks: West said the videos show desperation by Democrats trying to “demonize” him rather than discuss issues. But West also said the attention is a good sign for him. “When you’re opponent is that concerned, you’re upsetting their decision cycle,” West said. | Read More »
I just got through talking to the McCollum campaign and they just sent me a short, sweet answer on the Sugar Land Deal, the so-called “Big Sugar Bailout” and “Crist’s Bailout”, by the South Florida Water Management District. Basicly, they want to buy 28,000-acre for $197 Million from US Sugar. There has been questions as to where McCollum stands on the issue. Well, Bill McCollum | Read More »
Now that the dust has settled over Rick Scott press-conference meltdown, let’s get some facts out about McCollum, Scott, and Solantic.
It’s only 12 Days until primary and the conservative Jason Sager (CAN-R-FL-05) needs your help defeating the progressive-lite Richard Nugent (CAN-R?-FL-05)! This is the important race here in Florida’s Fifth, because the primary is the general election here! Want reasons to support Sager? Here are just a few reasons:
Harry Reid’s latest foot-in-mouth moment offends me. Because I know a couple of Conservative Hispanics.
The other day, Newsmax (the real political news outlet of record) endorsed Bill McCollum (CAN-R-FL-GOV) for Florida Governor. Newsmax is based in Florida, so their voice counts in this race. This is what they have to say about Bill McCollum:
Primary update, from Florida’s Fifth Congressional District. It is a race to the finish here and nither candidate is going to give up without a fight.
