Clearly, this is a simple case of IOKIYOA*: The White House would forge ahead with military action in Libya even if Congress passed a resolution constraining the mission, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said during a classified briefing to House members Wednesday afternoon.

Saad Hariri has not yet began to fight: Addressing thousands of his supporters in Beirut, Hariri accused Hezbollah and its allies of “lies, betrayal and lack of loyalty.” He called for mass protests on March 14 and made clear he would not take part in a unity government.
