Obama's Internet Fundraising! Is it ripe for fraud?

Over at Townhall Peter J. Wirs has a column about Barak Obama's successful Internet fund raising.
My premise is that unregulated Internet fundraising is ripe for fraud. I commented on that at Townhall but I'll repeat it here:
1) Set up a 1,000,000 phony bank accounts spread across the US.
2) Place funds in each bank account.
3) Write software that would visit designated sites and and donate set amounts of money depending at which level (i.e. State & Federal) from each bank account.
4) Press start
(N.B. The Federal/National donation level was changed when I was informed of the requirement to collect personal information at the $100 level. Thanks 3wire!)
Using the following levels as examples, $99 at the federal/national level(to not trigger information requirement) and $50 at the state level we get the following numbers:
Federal/National
DNC & 1 Candidate: 1,000,000 * 2 * $99 = $198,000,000
State
50 State Committees: 10,000 * 50 * $50 = $ 25,000,000
33 Senators: 10,000 * 33 * $50 = $ 16,500,000
435 Representatives: 10,000 * 435 * $50 = $217,500,000
Total $457,000,000
To me $457,000,000 would be a good chunk of change to play with! If we don't put some serious hacker proof/fraud proof controls in place soon I believe we're leaving ourselves open for some real trouble.
I'm not saying that is happening.
I'm not making any accusations here.
I'm just looking for some reassurance that it can't happen!
I guess McCain-Feingold didn't work after all...Sorry, John.
Hmmm... the Obama campaign has boasted, on more than one occasion, that their average donation is $96.
Require identification.
You would be talking about a million counts of fraud.
