BP CEO Tony Hayward and other leaders of top oil companies will testify this week before members of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. President Obama has stated that he would have fired Hayward if he were in charge of BP and Members of Congress are expected to treat Heyward as the whipping boy for the Gulf crisis.
