Clearly, President Obama’s nominee to the Supreme Court Elena Kagan does not believe in a limited federal government. The Elena Kagan nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court is still in the early stages, but problems are emerging. Meet and greets for Kagan completed Day 2 and more one-on-one meetings are expected in the days ahead.
