Ted Stevens’ Final Appeal

I'm Innocent. Also, My Daughter Loves Me and I Bring Home the Bacon

Offered without comment:

Is it just me, or is that Governor Palin who’s pictured fuzzily in the background as the quote from Wev Shea plays?

Will this be the video that turned the tide, or will it be Ted Stevens’ valedictory? We’ll know in a matter of hours.

with less vaseline on the lens.

That said, I hope Stevens wins so we can at least have a shot at holding the seat in a special election.

You’re right about all the vaseline. They could solve the energy crisis with all that petroleum. I guess it takes that to make someone look living again.

I would struggle to vote for this yahoo, but I fear I would in the hopes that Gov Palin could appoint a replacement when this guy gets tossed in jail.

  • jenest2001

if she loses the election, Palin appoints herself…working with Mac side by side!!

Hopefully we never hear from this bum again. He’s done.

Watch it again. Gov. Palin is shown clear as day when the picture first appears and only fades to blur as the ad goes on. I can’t believe that she would approve that. This guy has caused too many problems. He may not be guilty, but he should have resigned and let another untainted Republican try for the slot.

If he loses his appeal, either Palin gets to choose his replacement (if it’s before Jan 21st) or her replacement does.

Kind of fitting, honestly. He originally got the job by being chosen by the governor…

  • Raven

She’ll still be governor? Why trade that job for Senator?
