FRONT PAGE CONTRIBUTOR

It’s pretty bad when you have *Air America* calling you a liar, Mr. President

You really have to give the Air America hostess credit for the phrase “charming liar”.  This recording is just unbelievable, considering the source.

Don’t be afraid to click on it and listen – this is the sweetest thing you’ll hear all night. It’s amazing that he has come to the point of antagonizing his own party and supporters just as much as he does us.

At this rate, Obama’s approval rating will be in single digits by Christmas. In the words of Brother Crank: “How’s that hopenchange workin’ out for ya?”

so I don’t have to. Like you said, this is quite a development considering the source.

I have AA on one button of my XM radio and do listen to AA for very short periods in the AM on the way to work….about all I can take.

But some of the shows are a hoot…Stephanie Miller is wrong on just about everything, but she is funny in an X Rated comedy channel kind of way. I may disagree with every point and every parody of people who are on the right but she is funny and not so earnest as other conservative talkers on at the same time of the morning, of course Mike and Mike over on ESPN can be good too.

Try it, you won’t like it, but there is something to be said for listening to the opposition from time to time…not too much, it will rot your brain.

So much that I am commenting just to say so.

Seriously, that was one of the best youtube videos of all time.

If big businesses want to get in bed with the most anti-capitalist President in US History, then I have no sympathy for them because they deserve what they are going to get.

I have said it before, but it bears repeating: It is amazing how much of tomorrow people are willing to sacrafice for a little bit of today.

Everyone once in a while, I’ll listen when I’m driving around on a Saturday afternoon. I also started lurking at the DailyKos a few months ago. Besides the kids (and they truly are kids) being a bunch of potty-mouths, there’s absolutely no analysis at their site. Not even analysis that I can disagree with. All it is is a bunch of ad hominem dribble and cliches about “Faux” News by people who think they’re mighty clever.

The commentary and posts after Major Garrett’s questioning Robert Gibbs about unsolicited e-mails from the White House was enlightening, in that it showed a complete disregard for the facts. Instead, the posts were full of accusations of what an idiot Major Garrett was for not realizing that people got these e-mails because they were “forwarded.”

Of course, no one had complained about merely forwarded e-mails. There’s nothing criminal about that. It was that they were send directly by the White House with no middle-man.

SoFi….small sample and there is always of good stuff on the XM, so I usually don’t listen for long periods of time. But standing back, some of the Left Loons on AA are down right funny, especially if you’re not buying what the nutters are saying.

My one exception is Randi Rhodes, she’s just nuts and about all I can take is 30 seconds.

So they negotiate out of fear.

Once he’s had his nose bloodied a couple of times, he won’t seem so invincible.

And the man’s name is pronounced TOE-zann.

From being a community monkeywrencher… er, I mean activist… to being President of the United States is a heady trip, indeed. Too bad for this guy that he is so arrogant and so megalomaniacal that he may not understand the difference.

Sorry, Mr. President. Chicago street thug politics just don’t quite translate to a smooth ride on the national stage.

The only question I have in this regard is whether or not he has finally awakened to that reality, or if he is still deluded enough to believe he actually is a god-like being standing astride the world.

Having Air America throw rocks through the White House windows must, surely, be a wake-up call to some degree.

You won’t rise above the ashes like Clinton did after ‘Hillary-care’. After all, this one has your name on it. You may as well resign now and give Biden a chance at 2012. You scoff: I bet he’d be more effective with Congress than you.

have also started to be somewhat critical of our Dear Leader. In the past, anyone who said anything remotely negative was immediately excoriated and usually banished. While still undeniably pro-Obama, they are wary.

  • DontBanMeBro

What can I say? I was inspired.

  • SteveLA

His Obamaness is going to face some real nasty backlash from the fringe element of the KOS kids, AA and HoPo when he drops support for the Public Option, and he will.

Listening to the hard core Loony Left media outlets will be very interesting to say the least when their hero disappoints.

  • bs

    Single digits by Christmas.

  • http://www.suvstrategery.blogspot.com SoFiMil

I thought you were a troll. Clicked on your profile and my suspicion was heightened when I saw you had only a few posts, but had been signed up for 9 months. Held my fire, though, and gave you the benefit of the doubt.

P.S. I like the screen name too,

  • Cheryl

(LMAO). This is just too much, first you have the CEO of Whole Foods joining the establishment by writing a diss Obamacare editorial in the Wall St. Journal and then this! I suspect all those meditation rooms in Mill Valley are standing room only!

  • SteveLA

    bs

His Obamaness is well schooled in the Zig Zag and there are plenty of thing that far left sill wants, so don’t count pandering to some other issue to bring the hard left back to the fold.

The first indication of a zig is the recent Obama DOJ submission on DOMA. I can see Obama loosing on the public option and then turning hard left to appease his loony left base.

Back to this thread’s point, you’ll hear about that turn to the far left first on the Loony Left media outlets, so try to listen occasionally, well as much as you can stand.

  • pauly1620

Ah, the Chicago Way. Alienate EVERYONE, including your rabid, kool-aid drinking base of support. I knew BHO was going to make Carter look good, but at this rate he is going to even eclipse Ford (the Chevy Chase version).

  • Cheryl

because you have to look after your interests, it’s another thing to dedicate $$ to advertising for a crap bill being forced on the American people.

  • Dan Perrin

Adding jellied-gasoline (napalm) to the intra-Dem fire fight.

    Obama Lies.

  • gensec

… even if they’re too dumb to realize it.

how the left is slowly waking up to reality

Actually I think they’ve lost touch with political reality (thank God), short and long term, with their unwillingness to accept the “compromise” plan, with co-ops in lieu of the public option, By insisting on all or nothing, they’re likely to get nothing.

If the hard core Democrats were willing to support the co-op route, it would likely get enough Blue Dog and GOP squish votes to pass, eventually it would lead to a public option, which in turn eventually leads to single-payer. With sufficiently heavy handed regulation (I know Obama can pull that off), a bunch of co-ops would eventually go bust, with the government taking them over – thus mutating into the de facto public option.

Fortunately, it looks like there enough leftist true believers that won’t settle for the creeping socialism, they want it now and undiluted.

  • peg_c

    Too delish.

  • Karina

was actually doing journalism and connecting the dots! And will probably lose their job over this, sorry to say. They can’t allow free speech like this on air!

  • WarEagle01

like a bandit: For a lousy $8 billion per year for 10 years they get no competition from Canada and don’t have to negotiate on drug prices. They completely rolled Obama on this deal.

  • WarEagle01

on Saturday when I go to visit my son in Birmingham, AL. After listening to the nitwit running the boycot against Whole Foods on Greta last night, I just have no choice. To find a store near you go to http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/ and put in your zip code at the top of the page.

Barry is just doing his best to make Lying “charming” and OK in the White House.

    How progressive!!!!!
