Deployed away from family and friends, this time of year is double tough.

I’ve been lurking for a while and appreciate all the wisdom and insight the folks here share with us all every day.

Thank you so much for that wonderful return to a more joyous and simple time. These days, you would have to put all kinds of caveats around the episodes like – “No turkeys or humans were harmed during the filming of this episode” or “Please do not enact this at home. Only professionals should make any attempts such as this” or “these people are mere caricatures and are not mean to represent any individual living or dead” or some such.

Just simple good scripting, acting and humor. You made my day!

I just read the story on drudge and the feds have chosen the route of twisting the language of the bill to favor funding ACORN. This is a scandal of enormous proportions, the Government intentionally has twisted the language of the bill to favor the group. This is corruption plain and simple!
