Romney Doesn’t Utter A Word About Religious Freedom

Mitt Romney did not utter one word regarding religious freedom in his response to the Supreme Court’s ruling on Obamacare.  He needs to fire his campaign manager now if he wants any chance at winning in November.  To miss an opportunity to address the religious freedom aspect of this is unforgivable and just plain stupid.  Amazing.  Romney’s campaign is faultering and he better get it fixed now!

    And you are wrong.

ps: this is a comment, not a diary.

You seem to be looking hard to dredge up something to criticize. Far better to figure out what you can do to get Obama and Congressional Democrats out of office come November.

I didn’t have to look very hard to dredge something up. It is called constructive criticism. The Romney campaign has really missed some big opportunities to capitalize on these court decisions by not tailoring his speeches to encompass the passionate voters of religious freedom as well as the immigration minded voters. I have figured it out, Romney needs to replace his campaign manager with a more intelligent one and that has a little gravitas.

        You’re sounding like a moby.

Trying to start a fire where there is no wood.

That case is an entirely different lawsuit challenging Obamacare and wasn’t affected by the ruling yesterday.

I’m sorry, but do you realize the religious freedom aspect of this would have been completely nulified if the whole bill was declared unconstitutional? The Catholic Church has filed 40 something different court cases across the country in different venues regarding the religious freedom aspect which will take quite some time to work it’s way through to the Supreme Court; none of it would have been necessary had the Supreme Court struck down the whole law.

        embarrassing yourself.

I watched and listened to Romney’s speech twice and never heard him address the religious freedom aspect of the court’s decision; you did?

It does not need to be adressed.

Then I see what some consider ‘a topic’ and ‘intensive ,well-thought out debate’ and see that ,per the above example I really had no worries at all.

Buzz is still a work in process and so am I. But i know enough to not hang ‘short and silly stuff’ here.

    Give me a while…….
