A Flurry of Hearings, Probes & Litigation Awaits the IRS

    DOJ Attempts to Have Fast & Furious Lawsuit Tossed Out

    The Department of Justice filed court papers on Monday in an attempt to have the House Oversight Committee lawsuit dismissed.
