Christian Pastor Nadarkhani is facing an Iranian Death Sentence and needs help

Iran is doing all kinds of things that should anger every freedom loving American. We already know they are planning to build a nuclear weapon, which at the very least could give them the power to intimidate, and worst case scenario they will attack Israel attempting to drive them into the sea.

Weapons of mass destruction are not the only thing to be upset about when it comes to Iran.

Iranian authorities have unlawfully incarcerated and sentenced Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani to be murdered for the unbelievable crime of {sic} becoming a Christian.

I understand that according to liberals, conservatives are just wrong about Iran.  Rachel Maddows once said that since “Ron Paul is the only Republican presidential candidate who dissents from that view, who doesn’t say, ‘Let’s start another war.’”

What a joke.

What is wrong with this picture?  Should the United States and the world for that matter be sitting on its tail when things like this happen?   Well at least the ACLJ has is doing something.

Iranian Christian Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani has been charged, convicted and now sentenced to death for becoming a Christian. The Iranian officials demanded that he recant his faith or die.  To that he responded,“I cannot.” They have illegally imprisoned him, and separated from his wife and two boys since 2009.

It is time to turn up the heat and insist that Iran not do this.

Rep. Joe Pitts has introduced a resolution demanding the immediate release of Pastor Youcef.  You can sign this petition to add your name to the list of people putting congress on notice that this is executable.

Despite all the empirical data that says otherwise, Ron Paul thinks this is our fault, that Iran is harmless unless provoked.  I hope you are commonsensical, and will take the time to do what you can, which is use you power as a voter.

When I first read about this a while ago, I decided that this was just another reason Iran was a threat to the free world. I am amazed at the slowness of the world in responding to this threat. I am ashamed that this nation is showing weakness in the face of the Iranian and Syrian situation. What ever happen to “Never Again”?

I am ashamed that Obama is not doing anything. However, I am not surprised because he apparently thinks more of Islam than he does Christians.

Thank you center77 for posting this.

I signed the petition too. One night this week Mark Levin wondered why this man is not getting the coverage in the press that this should. I am quite sure the media is keeping quiet about it because Obama has decided to, once again, vote “present” instead of actually doing something about it.
George W.Bush would not have stood for this, he spent more money than we could afford but at least the US was respected and feared when he was POTUS.

I agree, the media does not want people to know how Obama is not doing

what should be done for a man such as this. I am young, but it seems to me there was a time where this was a big deal.

I am ashamed that so many who do not favor war in Iran (an opinion I share reluctantly) feel the need to engage in apologetic for evil and corrupt states like these.

Hey Center77 thank you so much!

You are awesome to be posting this! Yes, I have been wondering where the out cry is here in America. I am a gal that at the tender age of 10 read “Fox’s Book of Martyrs” and that moved me in a very deep way.
And here we have Christians once again being tortured and put to death for their faith in Jesus Christ. This should not be condoned…we are whether Obama likes it or not ” a Christian nation”.Yes, my family and I have all signed the petition.
Once again thanks for posting.

The courage of Pastor Yousef is inspiring. My main fear is that he will be forgotten as he faces the knowledge that he could be executed any day.I read that his wife was also imprisoned for a time. They have 2 sons.
I will go sign the petition. Those of us who do twitter can keep reminding people about him there too.
