Though they've made some mistakes, they work hard at being fair-minded. So does the WA Post Fact Checker by Michael Dobbs, although you can read between the lines and see that he's an Obamafan. Politifact is OK, but the St. Petersburg Times is definitely liberal-leaning. The CNN crew doesn't have a clue (same with ABC), and it's clear they gave Biden way too much benefit of the doubt, and Palin not enough.</p> Factcheck.org does a passable job. They said Sarah was lying because she said that Obama won't admit that the surge worked and they said false because recently he said it worked.
