Nobel Appeasement Prize

A tremendous amount of speculation has resulted from the announcement of the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize. Critics have reacted sharply to his perceived unworthiness. Even devoted supporters have questioned his rather modest list of accomplishments. I review some previous winners. I also offer some explanations for bestowing the honor on Obama.

Do Not Give Them Hell, Barry

President Obama has been criticized for lack of support for Libyan rebels. He has also been criticized for not launching a full-scale military operation in support of these rebels. A lesson from the previous century should guide him in deciding how to proceed.
