Photographs, Fear-mongering and Flubs

Anthony Weiner, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and Sarah Palin have been featured prominently in the media over the past ten days. Each of them made statements garnering much interest for different reasons. All of their comments caused outrages although none of them intended to do so. Do any of them deserve criticism? If so, who does and why?
