X number of natural gas vehicles, X number of coal to gasoline refineries, X number of electric vehicles, etc. (Paid for or subsidized by the government if need be)</p> <p>When oil fell to $106, OPEC cut production by 500,000 barrels a DAY! They Declared Economic WAR on us and we must respond. We may wish that we had more time to develop better, cheaper technology before we transition away from oil, but we do not. </p> <p>We can only respond with what we have.
