Dear Barack, I Break Up...Love, America

Barack Obama is like the lover you didn’t know well enough before you married him. He’s like the ex-fiance of a friend of mine – who thought he was “the one.” She called off the wedding a month before eternal commitments were made.
Last night was one more step into the abyss of imperfection for Barack Obama. It began months ago, with the Rezko lies, then progressed with the Rev. Wright fiasco and now Obama’s ties with a terrorist and his spoken disdain for “regular” folks who “cling” to guns and religion.
The normally flub-free speaker of all things vague crashed and burned last night when confronted by fearless interviewers George Stephanopolous and Charles Gibson. They let nothing slide and even Obama's expert ability to change the subject was unable to deflect these blatant faults.
Hillary Clinton, a seasoned con-woman who can lie convincingly with the best of them, turned her wobbly start into a solid sprint to the finish by the end of the night. She knew she was winning and every stutter Obama sputtered amped up her confidence.
It’s just one debate, some say…this does not discount Obama. But it does. It does because the flesh of inexperience is exposed, the scotch tape holding his image together lost it’s stickiness and America can finally see how fragile this man is.
Would I prefer a deceptive, narcissistic former first lady or an unrealistic, pacifist youth as President? Well, it’s hard to say. Neither has a moderate record or a very good history with the truth but at least with Hillary, we know what we are getting ourselves into. With Obama, who knows what skeletons could emerge? Things still surface about Hillary to this day and it’s been 16 years. In one year, how much could we really know about Barack Obama? So far, the character flaws and secrets have been major. If this much dirt has been uncovered in this little sliver of time, imagine what could come out in the future.
Let’s not elect a leader we don’t know so well. Let’s not marry the first man that we fall in love with. In general, you should date two years before marrying someone. And you also keep track of your deal breakers. If Obama is dating America, he’s lied, cheated and been acting really immature. I think it’s time to break up.
Barack will have his supporters to the bitter end, and that may be enough to secure for him the nomination.
But he won't be gaining new people, and may lose a few who aren't totally drunk on kool-aid. People won't say, "What the heck, let's give the new guy a shot" when they see what he's made of.
He's made of lie.

... we elected Carter didn't we?
I believe it was Mencken who said 'No one ever went broke underestimating the taste of the American public.' I suspect there are no small number of the Obama team counting on that alone to bring themselves to power.

"I believe we must adjourn this meeting to some other place." - The last recorded words of Adam Smith.
I was watching because I wanted to see if George was gonna follow through with the questions Hannity gave him yesterday on the radio. As I watched and George asked those very questions Barry started to get a twitch under his right eye. I pointed it out to my wife and she agreed that it was an uncomfortable twitch to say the least. I wonder if O'reilly will pick this up in his body language segment tonight.

I'll say one thing for Obama: the guy works miracles. Who else could put Hillary in a flattering light?
"It's not me, it really IS you!!"
"Small town folks get bitter after which they cling to guns or religion, or antipathy to people who aren't like them, or anti-immigrant sentiment, or anti-trade sentiment."
By November most people will dump Obama.
