Election Journal, which should be at the top of your Election Day must-read list, catches Dem Gov. candidate Jim Shellinger breaking the law.

What's wrong here? It is illegal to campaign inside a polling location. Click through to Election Journal for the details.
Note that the Obama campaign is doing it too.

Election Journal has a picture of one polling place in a private residence.

This guy doesnt stand a chance in the general. The state has a surplus in money..tons of new jobs..and a popular GOP gov that has raised tons of money
It's illegal, and all too common. I care, and think that we all should.
Thing is though, will anything happen? We already know the answer to that one.
If rule of law is not good enough try realpolitik. All individual misdeeds preformed by candidates reflect back badly upon their respective parties, as a result this democrat's actions hurts the democrat party's brand in Indiana.

I don't think it's going to matter much in the long run because Jill Long Thompson has been campaigning a lot better out here. But I honestly wouldn't expect anything less from Democrats in this state. Their corruption is matched only by their Democratic counterparts in southern Louisiana.

Hey, this may be a bit of a threadjack, but I have heard on several occasions over the years that both bars and the offices of elected officials are used as polling places in Philadelphia. Does anyone know the truth behind these stories?
