BREAKING: Shooting at DC Holocaust Museum

[UPDATE]: The shooter is apparently James W Von Brunn (safe link), and if you Google his name, use the caches; he’s a seriously twisted white supremacist who hates everybody sane, or even mildly mad.  Give you an idea: he thinks that the Holocaust was faked – but shouldn’t have been.

I recommend prayers and good wishes for the security guard that was shot, and his family.- Moe Lane

Lockdown. 2 or 3 people reported to be shot.

    How much do you want to bet that he will get 10000 times the news coverage of the islamic terrorist shooting of our US military guys at the recruiting center???

    Fox is reporting Gibbs may ALREADY have something to say.

    CNN is falling all over themselves already linking him to hate groups, anti government groups.

    CNN fell all over themselves saying the islamic terrorist acted alone and is not tied to any “hate” groups.

    shooting and all the measures he can take to “restore order and confidence” in the government. All the white supremacists that are hiding behind every tree in those Red States that have to be ferreted out, disarmed, and re-educated or eliminated.

    This has been my great fear all along and you knew they were banking on some crazy from “the right” doing something; they were setting the table for it with the DHS memos and such. Now some old fool does the dirty work for them.

    Per CNN coverage

    The DC Mayor noted that the security guard’s condition is “grave”. The gunman’s condition was noted as “critical”.

    Museum director stated that the gunman appeared to be acting alone.

    For them to limit a randomly appearing gunman to one victim in the museum entrance-way seems about the best case response scenario, given what I know.

    Semitism seems to go unremarked these days. I’ve been sparring with an obvious Hebrew-hater on Amazon.com for several days now and have seen only a few others denounce the guy.

    What exactly is going on? Surely the American people can see the sickness and destructiveness of racial hate regardless of its’ target or the Mainsleaze Media’s spin on it…

    around 4-4:30pm . Cavuto did not challenge him or the Foxnewsgirl who also linked the shooter to “right wing” groups.
    By his definition Nazis would be “right wingers”
    Cavuto usually does a better job of sticking to facts.
    His guest also commented about antisemitism of “right wingers”?

    Unfortunately I didn’t get to roll a tape, Just make notes while gritting teeth.

    Nut cases and Nazis bear no relationship to right wing principles. Fox apparently is falling into the trap. Hope Cavuto reads his emails, he most definitely will be aware of the error , if so.

    It’s OK to hate Israel because the “Palestinians” are “good people.” It is OK to hate Christians generally. It is OK to hate men who are openly heterosexual or who might actually discipline a child. It is OK to hate all white Southeners. It is OK to hate rural people so long as they aren’t hippies living in a commune or running an “organic” farm. It is OK to hate all women who are conservative.

    Beck talked extensively about this very topic this morning.
    Since even Cavuto and Fox fail to make the distinction, it is comforting to hear a major talk show host educating people.
