So why doesn’t this legislation have a H bill number yet?

Nice title, but I’ll believe it when it has a bill number and co-sponsors, and a committee assignment.

Looks like Hot Air to me. If he was serious, he would not have said much about it until he had at least 1 co-sponsor and had it set on the agenda with a committee assignment and a bill number?

And let’s get real here - the bill title makes a nice press release, but it will not fly when trying to get opposition to sign on.

Pardon me if I am skeptical.

since it has been long forgotten let me remind Republicans still around in Congress of the need to WORK ON DRAFTING “LINE ITEM VETO” CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT language to get things going again on that and so many other Contract with America (original, a part 2?) items abandoned but NOT FORGOTTEN by us YOUR VOTERS/SUPPORTERS!!!

Some will think, or whine, what does that have to do with any of this?!?! The sooner it is started (should have been done so many years ago) so it is READY/AVAILABLE for the next Republican President. It is ONE of the appropriate reminders to ALL AMERICAN VOTERS that Republicans are again on board with the Conservative agenda they forgot…

the “Republican Revolution” of the 90’s was mis-labeled, it was really the “CONSERVATIVE Revolution” and it brought Republicans to power; likewise, it was the “Reagan Conservative” Revolution, not a Republican Revolution. Many Republicans forgot that along the way. That led the way for CINO Democrats to lie their way back into power, but it was a “Conservative” co-opted (read: they lied about their intent) that voters allowed themselves to be duped into. Republicans need to REMEMBER that! Conservatism did NOT lose Elections, bad Politicians (with R’s beside their name) did!

and much needed. Even if the dems oppose this, which I’m sure they will, we still need our voices represented, and we need a record of trying to stop the insanity. So, when someone finally bothers to ask who screwed the economy, we’ll have names. Kudos and keep it up, please!

And another 5 stars for being forthright enough to not irritate the American people with empty bipartisan rhetoric.

The Democrats can either wise up and participate in saving our economy, or pay the consequences.

as I’m sure they will, you need to wait one day and then reintroduce it. Do this each time they kill it. After about 5 or 6 times, take out full page ads across the country placing the blame for our economic misery exactly where is belongs - - on the congressional democrats and the Obama administration.
