I’m sure the majority of you heard this story, of how Philip J. Berg, a Democratic, and Hilliary Clinton supporter is suing Obama to force him to prove his citizenship.

Anyway, the Judge on the case ordered that Obama must produce his birth certificate. The DNC and the Obama campaign is fighting this issue tooth and nail and want it dismissed. Any chance that this story might go somewhere?

I’m sure many of you saw this recent headline on the top of Drudge.

If this is true (as I’m sure the Washington Times has facts to back up the claim) shouldn’t this be a major setback for the Obama campaign? Shouldn’t John McCain pound him hard on this issue?

One more question perhaps a bit naive on my part: If these claims are irrefutable, couldn’t Obama perhaps be charged for treason for seeking to actively undermine a U.S. Military operation?

If McCain wants to win the hearts and minds of the American public he will ask the Congress of the U.S.A for a through investigation of the Fannie and Freddie Mac corporations and look for criminal wrongdoing. In addition if any bonuses to any executives were received under false pretenses, those bonuses should be returned to the American taxpayer and the U.S. Treasury.
