Frank Luntz: “Michele Bachmann is Glenn Close From Fatal Attraction.”

Franky Boy was caught on camera.

“Rick Perry is George Bush without the intellect.”

And then, once he was caught and realized there were cameras, he gives a great little remark to the guy that was recording it:

“Take your suit and go. This is a private conversation!”

Something tells me these two opinions–as well as the ego– are quite common at Faux News.

required of those paying him. Yes, he is a very regular guest on Fox News, especially the Hannity show. We know where Hannity sits.

I had done some research on Luntz, and his dunces a while ago. I sill have not been able to find where or how he gathers his focus groups, but I’ve seen enough of his focus groups to make me scratch my head. I had read at one time that some people recognized some of the same people doing various events with him. Don’t know if that’s true.

Check out the Luntz Global Group website. It is written right on top- “got words? we make them work better.” In other words he “sways” audience opinions to the results he wants. He worked at one time to help with the messaging of the Global Warming supporters.

“I have come to support climate legislation not because of the science of climate change,” Luntz said, “but because of all the other benefits that it would provide.”

His dismissal of the relevance of global warming science seemed at odds with a conversation we’d had earlier about health-care reform.
He and the author went on the discuss health care under Obama and the returned to GW, which Luntz believes in.
Smerconish: I feel that the bigger headline would be a headline that says Republican pollster Frank Luntz believes in man-made climate change and global warming, and is making the argument that even for those who don’t, there’s a case to be made that we’ve got to make changes. But it doesn’t sound like that headline is yet to be written.

Luntz: You can write that headline. The only problem with that headline is that it emphasizes what I believe
