None of these words describe democrats and republicans should quit using them in congress period. These people are the opposition and they are destroying this country one congressional vote at a time and they must be stopped. Time to put away the nice words and take action, or the republicans will be replaced.

I am proposing a 99% income tax on all liberals (progressives what ever they are calling themselves this week), with no write offs. $0.99 of every dollar you “earn” for your trashy movies, books, fake news, bad political tv shows and just bad tv shows will be taken and given to the poor you always whine about taking care of. Let’s start with your money getting re-distributed and see how that works before they start in on mine. Oh and before you say that it’s unconstitutional, isn’t that what Obamacare does to Doctors???

*If George W. Bush had been so Spanish illiterate as to refer to "Cinco de Cuatro" in front of the Mexican ambassador when it was the 5th of May (Cinco de Mayo), and continued to flub it when he tried again,
would you have winced in embarrassment?

*If George W. Bush had mis-spelled the word "advice" would you have hammered him for it for years like Dan Quayle and potatoe as proof of what a dunce he is?

*If George W. Bush had burned 9,000 gallons of jet fuel to go plant a single tree on Earth Day, would you have concluded he’s a hypocrite?

*If George W. Bush’s administration had okayed Air Force One flying low over millions of people followed by a jet fighter in downtown Manhattan causing widespread panic, would you have wondered whether they
actually get what happened on 9-11?

*If George W. Bush had failed to send relief aid to flood victims throughout the Midwest with more people killed or made homeless than in  New Orleans, would you want it made into a major ongoing
political issue with claims of racism and incompetence?

*If George W. Bush had created the position  32 or more  Czars who report directly to him, bypassing the House and Senate on much of what is happening in America , would you have approved.

*If George W. Bush had ordered the firing of the CEO of a major corporation, even though he had no constitutional authority to do so, would you have approved?

*If George W Bush had proposed to double the national debt, which had taken more than two centuries to accumulate, in one year, would you have approved?

*If George W. Bush had then proposed to double the debt again within 10 years, would you have approved?

*If George W. Bush had spent more than all the Presidents combined since George Washington, would you have approved?

*So, tell me again, what is it about Obama that makes him so brilliant and impressive?  Can’t think of anything?

Don’t worry.

He’s done all this in 10  months: you still have 3 years and 2 months to come up with an answer.

Since 9/11 it would seem to most logical people that the primary job of the government of the United States and the Commander and Chief of the United States (that’s you Barack), would be the protection of the people of this country from another attack. So my question to the members of RedState is this, would a successful terrorist attack rise to the level of "high crimes and misdemeanors"? In other words if a President from any party allows an attack on this country after 9/11does it rise to the level of an impeachable offense?

Just a thought provoking exercise that I’m sure there would be a lot of opinion on.

I am a fairly new member here but a long time reader of other peoples posts. At this time of the year, I would like to take just a moment and thank everyone here for giving me a place to express my thoughts, fears and yes even at times rage. I am glad that there is a place where I can enjoy the company of like minded (or semi-like minded *laugh*) individuals.

As a former Marine, I would like to remind everyone to keep those members (and their families) of our armed services in your hearts and prayers at this time of the year, it’s the hardest time to be away from family.

Merry Christmas everyone, Happy New Year and let’s put a stake through the heart of this socialist agenda and if that means throwing out Repub’s to do it then I am with you. This must be stopped now.

I believe if there was ever a time for “impeachment” or “recall” the 1am vote on Obamacare is it. I want to put together an area for folks to start the discussion of pulling these folks back, they answer to the people, so we should hold them accountable. If that means a state legislature censure or a recall vote (if it’s legal which I’m not sure it is) then I think we the people should hold them accountable in every manner possible.

Idea’s

1) Request your state representative move to censure the federal representative/senator for voting against the will of the people of the state.

2) Letters to every paper in your area, cover the editors desk in them.

3) Join the local party (Tea or otherwise) to make changes at local levels.

4) Do not let your fellow citizens forget this travesty.

5) Form a group in your area and file a federal lawsuit in your district to tie Obamacare up in court for the next two years.

Please list your ideas, we need to get these people under control NOW, and waiting until Nov. seems to be to late, as they will have destroyed this country by then.

Conservatives continue to back stab and harp on each other…. maybe they should get on the same page at some point……

He should be fired for being stupid, it should have nothing to do with the fact that his leadership skills suck, just plain stupidity should be enough. Every time he opens his yap in liberal company something completely stupid comes out of his pie hole….. time for him to disappear and someone who actually will defend Republicans and Conservatives get’s that job.

I believe that Maj. Hasan should be tried and executed for Acts of Treason against the United States of America. If he is not tried in such a manner it will once again prove that we are unable to call evil and evil acts by their name.

Ok, Blanche has gotta go, but the Republican field is looking a little crowded. I had a nice long conversation yesterday with Col. Conrad Reynolds (US Army Ret.). I’m liking what I’m hearing. Looking for some thoughts from some fellow Arkansas folks. We all know that Ms. Lincoln is in debt up to her eyeballs for her new chairmanship…. wonder what that is going to cost us?
