“Obama First”

Locked On His Target

I’ve been saying privately for some time now that we’ve never really seen what it looks like when John McCain is mad at the same guy for months on end, and we’d find out as this election rolled into the fall. I think we are getting our answer. Here, via Jake Tapper, is a two-part video of Senator McCain speaking last Thursday in Minnesota. This should reassure those of you who wonder when McCain is going to take the fight to Obama.

Wonder no further:

Part 1:

Part 2:

It’s not all red meat for conservatives. But it’s pure McCain, locked on target and unloading on Obama, but also genuinely moved and moving at the end when he talks about fallen soldiers. If this is the McCain who shows up Friday night, there’s gonna be fireworks.

I wasn’t planning on watching them all but I was sucked in. Definitely watch the end of the second video where McCain gives recognition to some of our wonderful fighting men who were KIA.

I am officially fired up again! We owe it to our military to ensure that their sacrifice will not be in vain.

this could really hurt Obama, hopefully McCain will make mention of Obama’s blatant lies to voters.

When this country was founded the people who died to make us free put this country First. I am so proud to see that Senator McCain holds this same value dear to his heart.

McCain has served several terms in DC and knows what he is talking about when it comes right down to the critical issues. He is not a “showman” like his opponent and McCain does not want that for himself. He puts his country first and holds fast to the belief in the importance of honoring our men and women who serve or have served in the armed forces.

I respect Senator McCain deeply and hope that more Americans will come out of their hazy eyed trance Obama seems to inspire with his vague chatter and fake smiles. I pray that more Americans will see the truth about who should be our next President — without a doubt– that man is John McCain. Thank you.

Someone needs to put forth the argument that the rich aren’t going to pay taxes, now or ever.

There is no way to tax the rich and get revenue. Rich people put their money into tax shelters, foundations, blind trusts …..in which they can grow that money tax free and live off the interest. Trust funds.

So how does the government get revenue, when the rich put their money into shelters ???

    THE MIDDLE CLASS !!!!

Those are the only people that you can put a tax increase onto, and actually collect.

By the way, 250K is not anywhere near wealthy in a State like California, where ramshackle run-down houses routinely overvalue at 1 million plus. Lots of people house rich and cash poor…with homes valued way over 250K…..Obama’s gonna tax them to the hilt !

On what planet does Obama think that 250K equals wealthy ?

The rich will never pay taxes. Pensions aren’t taxed. The only people that you can get money from via taxes are the non-pensioned working, and middle classes.

I hope McCain drives that point home. Anyone without a trust fund, or shelter is at risk under Obama’s plan.

McCain’s heart-warming plea that we should salute our brave warriors is the highlight, no doubt. He delivers it in such a way that only he can. But, there’s something else that moves me in these clips.

I am moved by John McCain’s willingness to directly belittle the corrupt, self-aggrandizing media creation, power-hungry radical that is Barack Obama. I can think of no better way to phrase it than “Obama First”.

It has been clear to many of us for umpteen months now that Barry, his followers, and THE MEDIA have an inflated view of the junior sen. from IL. In short, there’s just no there there. And the only there that is there is built on radicalism, corruption, and the seeming-entitled pursuit of public power. “Obama First”.

This inflated media creation, balloon-of-a-man needs to be popped. I hope Sen. McCain comes out Friday with the gloves off and doesn’t waste much time with pap comments about how much he respects Barry. He should focus on rallying the audience to his cause and highlighting Barack’s vacuousness. Inspire us again, Senator.

I keep hearing the fake ads from Obama on the 610 talk radio that I prefer to listen to. Obama has this one ad, where a lady talks about John McCain’s opposition to stem cell research.

      1) All John McCain has to do to stop this is make an Ad that says Obama is a Lier. He is not opposed to all Stem Cell Research. In the past year Stem cell research has found that we do not need to kill unborn babies to get stem cells. We can get them from live people and they are more effective for providing cures that the ones that Obama uses by killing babies!

      2) I am able to convince many black friends that they don’t need to vote for Obama just because he is black. Obama may be black but he will raise taxes and make gas price rise so much, because he does not believe in drilling in America.
When I tell these black friends this they are shocked and they immediately ask me what will McCain do and I tell them he will reduce our taxes, help small business and drill for Oil in the USA to lower our Gas Prices. Now they support McCain too.

      3) Finally I tell people that Obama is a Socialist and if they want to see our National Deficit reduced, they are voting for the wrong party. Socialism will increase the National deficit so much more that any Republican Policy has ever done.

      4) If they tell me they are against the War, I tell them maybe they rather see Iran take American Hostages and make fun of the USA just like Jimmy Carter did.

But unlike Obama’s crowds, McCain has Complete control. There is no mob to fear there. He speaks and they go silent. He barely raises his hand, and the chanting stops. This man has Presence.

Been wondering when he’d get fired up. Compare this to the stuttering Obama. I can’t wait for the debate! Very moving and powerful.
