Score Another One For The Palin Critics

What They Lack In Accuracy They Make Up For In Volume

Apparently, according to Newsweek, Gov. Palin refused to appear onstage with a New Hampshire Senator and a New Hampshire Senate candidate because they are pro-choice. (H/T).

Except that the Senator in question, John Sununu, is pro-life.

And except that the other candidate wasn’t running for the Senate (Newsweek may have missed this, but Sununu was up for re-election, so there were not two Republicans running for the job this year).

And except that she did do public appearances with both men.

And except that she did make public appearances with other pro-choicers.

But you know, other than getting basically every possible fact wrong, Newsweek’s doing OK there.

    I was just thinking the other day how, at some point, all of this “investigative journalism” might actually get a little old. Oh, and ridiculous. And…ummm…yeah, I am officially worn out from all of this bs. Where did these people graduate journalism school, University of Phoenix Online? (I kid, I kid.)

    Seriously, its laughable and then you think seeing NH is first primary state you think this is said publicly to ruin any chance Palin could win NH primary? Oh hell yes!

        The papers can be as biased as they like, just as long as they admit it. Ahead of time. And make no apologies for it.

    Critics have two choices. They can continue down the path of trying to personally and politically desstroy her or they could totally ignore her – for now. My husband always said if he didn’t like a person, he would ignore them. Funny how they are so interested in destroying her that they can’t ignore her.

        The problem I have with this is that it is not some blog on the left, it is friggin’ Newsweek. These idiots know better, they just don’t care. And people that read this all too often take it at face value. They don’t do research. Otherwise the book-burning myth wouldn’t still be out there. Ugh. All I can say is ugh. Well, other things too, but gotta try to keep it PG.
