This being my FIRST Diary Entry I would like to make this entry in response to the above article where the author has endorsed CHAUNCEY GOSS for FL-19.

I have made the following PUBLIC ENDORSEMENT and ask that you join me in supporting Byron Donalds.

“I endorse Byron Donalds with a high level of enthusiasm. I am the Florida leader for GOOOH, as a resident of Tallahassee I do not participate in the candidate selection process in Southwest Florida District 19. I’ve watched Byron Donalds since he was chosen by his fellow competitors as the Citizen’s Choice there. I’ve reviewed videos taken during the candidate selection process. I have come to know Byron more throughout his campaign, and met him in person at the Florida Parent Educator’s Association Convention. I now understand why he is BY FAR the best candidate in this race. This is the first election where GOOOH has successfully vetted candidates. Byron will be a shining example for other GOOOH peer-selected candidates to follow. I look forward to having a GOOOH peer selected candidate in all 27 districts of Florida in 2014, hopefully of the caliber of Byron Donalds.”

      It is a rare moment in the political realm where you find yourself facing 5 opponents in a single race, all of the GOP persuasion. It is a rarer occassion when one stands out above all the rest, in intelligence, in historical knowledge, in word and in deed, but that candidate is Byron Donalds in SWFL.

      Byron is articulate, he is young and energetic, he has a depth of knowledge that far surpasses all the other candidates in understanding how we got where we are and the vision to fix it.

      In a recent meet and greet, Byron asked the audience if any of them could tell him what the GOP vision statement was and all the people fell silent. No one could give any answer. Donalds then proceeded to lay out a vision where our party cannot. Not only has he laid it out, but he has put that vision on paper. It is a vision that is designed to reverse course in this country and it is a vision that will make all the difference. Here are two such examples:

          Since when is ONE post a Carpet-Bomb? LOL !!

          I have posted ONE diary entry so far and I am already accused of carpet-bombing. I was booted from FreeRepublic because I spoke unkindly of some ESTABLISHMENT GOP “untouchables” … I hope the MODs here are not the same GOP hacks that control other sites.. Time Will Tell my FRiends.. but just to be SAFE.. you just might want to save a copy of this post before it goes away mysteriously into the GOP establishment twilight zone..

            As I said, the issue is jumping into the diary threads of others and thread-jacking. Posting a diary supporting your preferred candidate is one thing. Diverting attention away from a diary toward your agenda is bad form any way you slice it.

            Just for the record before the MODs actually come and take down this thread and ban me. I posted my comments in the “other thread” which I did reference, as a result of the suggestion made by a poster that I start my own Journal Entry in Support Of Byron Donalds.. which is EXACTLY what I did. I am a new member here and I do want to know what is or is not acceptable behavior.

            If you want to come on this thread and tell me WHY you support another candidate other than Byron Donalds I would LOVE to have that debate. If you just want me to STOP supporting Byron Donalds than you can simply go fly a kite or jump in a lake, etc. etc.

            And just to be clear, your unsolicited advice could have and should have been given PRIVATELY. That would have prevented this entire urinating contest.

            Shall we shake hands and move forward or would you like to continue?

            I am glad to see that the “attack dogs” have left this thread. I did not expect so much fierceness on my FIRST diary entry here at RedState. I hope the MODs rule in my favor. I have no ill intent toward anyone who supports another candidate other than Byron Donalds in the FL-19 Republican Primary. I hope to see many conservatives from all over the country come out publicly and endorse Byron. If you are like me and do not live in the FL-19 district you CAN still support Byron with a small or LARGE contribution up to $2500.00 at ByronDonalds.COM

          You have jumped into at least one other thread to divert the discussion toward your candidate. I take issue with it and ask that you confine your efforts to your own thread instead of thread-jacking the diaries of others. It’s bad form to do that to other diarists.

            I invite ANYONE to come on this thread and tell me WHY they are supporting any of Byron Donalds’ competitors in the primary..

            That is called DIALOGUE… this is a PRIMARY… it is OKAY to disagree on who it best.. How will the PEOPLE know who is best if we do not PROMOTE dialogue? Shouldn’t we be ENCOURAGING folks to actively participate in the primary process? It seems that you are suggesting that anyone who supports a candidate that is not a GOP hack should be silenced? Please tell me I am wrong, I really hope that I am wrong.

            Oh I will not be holding my breath waiting for any apology. I just take it in stride. You are not the FIRST GOP HACK I have had to deal with.

            Maybe one day you will wake up and start doing SOMETHING to support the Conservative agenda and not the GOP agenda.. they are very different my friend and it seems that you are too blind to see that.

            Yes, we can all see that you prefer your candidate to Chauncey Goss…WE GET IT…no one here will dismiss you for that, as he comes pretty highly recommended by some pretty influential people within the conservative movement.

            The issue here is your approach. Posting a diary with links and analysis is welcomed here. Spamming other diaries and diverting attention away from the discussion is NOT.

            Hope that clarifies…

            P.S Anyone who doesn’t support YOUR preferred candidate is NOT a “GOP hack”…just wanted to toss that in for your edification.

            Now answer me there Cletus, I read your bio, are you really what you claim which would be very disappointing for those who know cops and military folks, or are you just expressing your 1st amendment rights to lie? From your posts in here, either you are a poor liar, or somehow you have slipped through the cracks and got work when you should not have.

            PS If you are the representative of the GOOOH crowd and the supporters of Donalds, no way I want to be a part of the type of crowd. I have no use for maniacs, idiots, liars, wackos, etc so I will pass on supporting either.
