Sen. Durbin didn’t intervene and said at the end of the day the rule of law must be followed! Obviously he was never in a war zone where the enemy doesn’t play by the rules . I wonder if Sen .Durbin was ever under fire with threats lurking around the corner?

I believe John McCain will lose this election if he doesn’t wake up and start engaging Barack Obama on the issues!

1. Take a stand on the Economic Crisis( Since this is Obama’s strong area for inndependent voters and Democratic voters.) by having people like Donald Trump ,Dave Ramsey and Mike Huckabee ,and Mitt Romney come in draft a plan and Present it to Congress and ask why Obama hasn’t presented a Plan.

Should the legislators decide there should be a bail out here are a few things that should be done.

1. Have the Secret service Get warrants to arrest the Ceo’s that got us into this mess.

2. Secure Federal Warrants to search seize the buildings that housed the firms involved!

3. Secure Federal Warrants to seize the books and files of the troubled companies. This way nothing could be shreaded should their be trials of the CEO’s in which their should be!

Make them pay for all the trouble they have caused by selling their stuff like their cars homes and take their money, stock, and any other investments. Also Auction of the firms buildings to help pay off the debt they ran up!
