and it shows that Romney is trailing 0bama, but not nearly by as much as you think.
I tend to look at the polls with the highest number of people surveyed, but at the top you can look at the average of all the polls too.

the voter registration data by address or by last name in your county clerks website prior to printing it out. It lists the addresses by street name in alphabetical order.
Thus, if you have several registered voters living at one address, and you sort by address, it will list the address several times in a row and list5 the names of the voters. Nothing unusual about that.

they have the schools, they have the media and they have the judiciary. So the schools keep dumbing people down so that they listen to the media and approve the dumb decisions made by corrupt judges. Meanwhile, we worry about what technology we’re gonna use this election, instead of how to infiltrate and take over these institutions.

I notice with each passing election, we aim lower and lower as we ‘face the realities’ of demographics etc. Heck, we’re about to nominate Mitt Romney and a lot of the ‘smart folk’ on our side think that’s the best we can do nowadays, because ‘no true conservative can be elected’.

Thanks to the laziness, apathy and/or incompetence of the group that calls themselves ‘conservatives’, we’re headed the way of Britain’s ‘conservatives’.

Or are you just making stuff up as you go along? You are sounding a lot like the liberals you claim to hate whining about being disenfranchised because not enough voters got behind your preferred candidates – wa, wa it is all some evil guys fault. Not even a different evil guy, you are fingering the same evil guy they where whining about 8 years ago.

In an election year where the Republicans should be in the news constantly about how big the margin is they are beating Obama it is just the opposite. There were too many debates and the process has been in the news too long. now we don’t have a viable candidate that can even come close to Obama and the race has even started yet. Recent polls show that Obama is leading Romney by a 53% to 24% margin. Conservatives have been shut out of the process by the GOP from day one. The elite GOP thinks they know who should be running against Obama and come hell or high water that is who they are going to have as the nominee. That would be Mitt Romney. The real conservatives were eliminated early on by the GOP by people like Karl Rove who bad mouthed anyone or anything to do with the Tea Party. The only people they haven’t been able to control are the last three candidates up against Romney. Democrats get people to the polls that shouldn’t even be there and Republicans have always relied on the conservative Turnout. The conservative in this cycle of elections have been disenfranchised. We have lost interest and t is because the GOP has a liar as a front runner and they beat down any challengers to him. The want to promote Romney as a conservative when any deaf, blind,mute knows that Romney is a Mass. Left-wing Republican. Obama is going to tear him apart on Obamacare/Romneycare, religion and most anything else that Romney can come up with. Obama hasn’t even begun to fight the GOP establishment yet. He is letting them self-destruct as much s possible. If the Supreme Court upholds Obamacare romeny loses that battle. If they overturn Obamacare Romney loses that battle because Romney ws the original architect of Obamacare. One last thing about the GOTV app. It is too little too late. The main media streams TV, Mag, Phones and internet are all on Obama’s side.

Conservatives most lhave jobs and don’t need a ride and besides tht conservatives don’t cheat like Democrats do. When you check registration records of Liberals sometimes you wil find 40 or 50 people that have the same vacant lot address. Why do you think the Democrats fight the Voter ID legislation? To have a valid ID you have to have a Valid address.

I’m right at the end of a project to pull the text out of PDF documents. In most cases, PDF documents consist of a mix of text and images, and the text is NOT an image; instead, the typeface and other font information is specified for each chunk of text as part of the PDF.

If the text in the documents are actually text, and not an image of a scanned page, I can pull the text out in chunks and format it, using iTextSharp. If the PDF consists of scanned pages of text, then it’s not actually text, but just a picture, and I have OCR software that does a pretty good job, depending on the image quality–as acat says, with some babysitting.

files are non-interactive. Our workplace uses them all the time with fill-in-the-blank areas. We also have to digitally sign many of the documents. Once the document has been filled out, we save it to our local computer and forward copies to whoever needs them.

and “Absentee Ballots” that can be asked for on the Magical Devices or so I have heard. One phone call, a pen, and a stamp is surely easier than the purported difficulty of actually going to the polls.
In Michigan anyone over a certain age can request Absentees,for as long as they live just by asking once

In the State of Washington, all voting is done through the mails.Rides not required.

So you don’t have a phone and the Mail doesn’t go where you reside anymore? This is an outrage!!!

is the result of a lack of apps. I’m fairly certain that the GOTV problem arises from the Democrats actually transporting people to the polls. Republicans NEVER transport people to where they can vote. NEVER. If I want a ride to go vote, I have to call a Democrat. If I don’t want to call a Democrat, I have to walk.

This will be absolutely fantastic in those locales with good voter data. Hopefully it will also be an encouragement/incentive for improved data in places where that is not currently available

The county clerks office only provides voter registration records in PDF format. As you are probably aware, a PDF file is non-interactive. It is basically only a picture that you can view.
Someone, working under the Republican County chairman would need to create an interative database from the records and then that database would need to be downloaded on every I-Pad owned by each precinct committeemen within the county, along with the “Gravity” software.
I could certainly see many dedicated precinct committeemen who would be eager to meet with the Republican County chairman to obtain the database, because it would be the first thing I would want. I would beg for it.
I dont see the Republican county chairman taking on any responsibility to create the database, nor take the extra time to meet with dozens of precinct committeemen who want to download the voter database on their I-Pads.
